100% right on this. Icky isn't perfect, but Oline is one of the few strengths on this team and you need to keep it intact. I wish Icky was better in pass protection, but it would be a crapshoot to find someone better and the team needs to use their resources elsewhere. Look at me totally agreeing with @mrcompletely11... It must be a new year... Happy New Years everyone!

Early in his career, Cam had Deangelo Williams & Jonathan Stewart, a good Oline, Greg Olsen, and Smitty. The Oline is probably overall a wash, but Cam otherwise had better weapons across the board. The Oline got progressively worse the longer Cam was here, but in his first few seasons he had a legit supporting cast

Remove the last vestiges of the Frank Reich Era... Evero has to go. Bryce is and was the main story this season, but the defense, specifically the run defense, was the biggest issue, and it never got better

Bowles has at least called off the dogs. He can't help it that we can't stop obvious runs

The vast majority of Panthers fans are on board with Bryce at this point. Honest to God the only Panthers fans still whining about last year's draft are on this board. I'm thankful people on this board (myself included) aren't allowed to run this team. 30 of 32 GMs wanted Bryce. But amazingly this board is home to supposedly everyone in the world who just "knew." The kid is playing QB as well as anyone since Cam here. It used to be insufferable... now it's just sad. You got to move on or pick another team

I've watched the majority of snaps in Panthers history, and not only do the stats back up this being the worst defense in franchise history, this is the most painful I've ever seen. Outside of Jaycee, pretty much everything about this defense is beyond embarrassing.

Unless we finished the season on the same trajectory we were when Bryce got benched we weren't getting Travis Hunter. And QB development is far more important than that hypothetical in every context

Evero will land on his feet. Regardless of circumstances, you got to clean house after historical suckage like this

I can't watch another season of Evero. It's not all on him, but we need to erase all vestiges of Frank Reich No one can defend how bad this defense has been. And Evero can't escape culpability

As long as that's the prognosis of the whole team and not just cherry picked against Bryce i agree. He wasn't perfect, but he has played his ass off with Theilen as his WR1 and no run game and the defense playing like the worst unit of all time
