Yeah sounds like the women was jumping to conclusions. How in the hell did she "see it". I think that crazy bitch was screaming after they were trying to control her. 

Yeah, its weird that the woman talking on this call was there and saw this happening but didn't mention the bed of guns she was supposedly thrown onto?  You'd think if you called to cops over to a violent situation you would warn them of copious amounts of guns laying around

aaaaaand here is the neighbors call.

Lets not forget that there is another tape from a neighbor that called the police who said she saw and heard a woman being abused.  Don't know where that one is...

I guess it is possible that the neighbor saw Hardy's "manager" restraining her and thought that was abuse but who knows at this point.

Bond set at 15k on assault, 2k on threats. Hardy can't contact victim. Must attend 3 AA meetings a week. Meetings b/c Hardy was intoxicated.

So to wrap up details: Hardy claims accuser wouldn’t leave apt. He called 9-1-1. Court concerned about bruising & scratches on her back.

Greg was in court today, Rosenhaus was there with him but left with no comment.

I guess Steve Smith felt the need to chime in on the situation.

My bad--- I just want to say I'm waiting on the facts also but....

Girl I'm talking to is friends with Hardy girl an rumor is this isn't the first time this has happened. They he's beat on her before except he never calls the police. This time other people were their when it happened which is why the police were involved.

When the police got their the girl said nothing happened but because of the other witnesses it seems they decided to arrest him anyway.

I have in no way ever met Hardy or his girl. I want to make that clear. That's all I know and it's all rumors so..

I keep thinking back to Gettleman's response when the reporters asked why we decided to give Greg a workout bonus..."I wanted him to be near me."  I certainly don't want to jump to conclusions but that quote takes on a whole different light if what you are saying is true.  At the time I assumed it was for negotiation purposes, but I wonder if they were hoping to keep him focused and out of trouble.

Doesn't simple assault include "arguing"? Let the facts come out.

From what I've been reading this incident involves both communicating threats AND assault.
