14 what the hell are you doing?!

At 19, it's hard to imagine OT being even close to BPA. I'd rather just draft BPA and figure LT out another way even though it's not ideal. We simply need more blue chip talent.

Ben....don't be stupid....kick the FG.
He’s too arrogant to kick a FG

Who else wants to work there? I don't give a damn about the number 1 pick
Many other coaches would. 11 total coaches have interviewed, Mike McDaniels will make it 12. #1 pick, a lot of cap space, pay raise, no state income tax, warm city. People say this crap every year about teams, yet it never turns out to be true.

No chance they hire him.

Should've just resigned Burns after not accepting the 2 first rounders. He is one of the better "bang for your buck" pass rushers in the league. His contract aged well. Now, we'll keep drafting edge rushers in hopes they produce like Brian Burns when we could've used those picks on other positions.

Professionals don't tank on purpose. You tank because the team sucks and cant win anything. Play the hand you are given and do your best.
Tank as in not trade up for Bryce Young and stay put at 9, keep next years pick which ended at #1 (aka Bears taking Caleb Williams) We were so bad that year without even trying to tank.

Yeah, not just even Maye. That entire QB class proved way better than the one we got antsy and went all in on.
Makes you wonder who we would’ve picked with the #1 pick.. Williams or Maye.

I’ll never forgive David Tepper for not having the foresight to tank just one more year and draft the local home grown product Drake Maye. Makes me sick.

Good hire by the Falcons.

We have no evidence that Canales is a forward thinker who is willing to make uncomfortable decisions for the betterment of the team. He seems very non confrontational, those types of people won’t make changes unless forced to. Dan Morgan is the same mold as Canales. Which means if changes are made, it’ll only come from one man. That man is David Tepper. But it most likely won’t be until next season.

I wouldn’t mind trading down and picking up an early second. I love Anthony Hill Jr and Jake Golday but there’s no reason to take them at 19, but there’s a good chance they’ll be gone by our pick #52

He seemed like a locker room cancer anyways. Good riddance.

At least one guys in the rooms has the balls to say it.. Tired of the same BS from Dave
Can’t believe this got 8 pies. Not saying he’s wrong, but who the hell is Princely? He’s a rookie who barely played. He hasn’t earned the right to say shiit about the coaches. Stay in your lane kid. If it was Dereck Brown for example, then that’s a whole different story.

Would’ve been nice to have Milton Williams. He was a game wrecker tonight. Prob should’ve matched the Pats offer and sprinkle a little bit more guaranteed $

This game is definitely showing why it was the game I was least looking forward to.

Erik Kendricks better than any LB we have by a mile.

Bills play aggressive defense instead of prevent and they get rewarded. Fug you Evero

Man.. This team has so many needs. It wouldn't be the worst idea to draft a tackle, but there isn't an OT I'm a huge fan of that could be available in the 19 range. Caleb Lomu had a lot of preseason hype, but he had an underwhelming season. Got worked by Texas Tech's edge rushers. Lacks fundamental strength. Kadyn Procter projects better as a guard with his lack of foot speed. The edge rushers leave a lot to be desired in this range as well.

I mean we have nothing at LB. We play zone because we don’t have developed pass rushers.
If we come down with that second INT how many here are singing Evero’s praises?
I want to see us play more man coverage because Horn can do it. But we can’t play man if the front 4 can’t get home.
It's not even about zone vs man. Evero had our guys playing so far off the ball during that last drive, it gave Stafford and the receivers massive passing windows to exploit. I get playing safe with Jaycee hurt, but even if LA scores fast, we get the ball back with much more time left than 38 seconds

That would require the Panthers to actually hire an OC, not Dave Canales' best friend

I really can't stand Caleb Williams and Ben Johnson. Packers trying their best to lose this game

This guy has literally some of the worst takes on this forum, ignore his stupidity he may coach flag football but he certainly doesnt understand ball past an 8 year olds level.
Lol you always bring up my username. It's not that deep my guy. I made it years ago sort of as a joke and it can't be changed. But unless you've played D1 football or the NFL, I would bet my life savings I've played at a higher level than you. Yes, I coach HS flag for fun because I love the game of football and there was a need at the school I work at, but I've been a grad assistant and HS varsity coach as well. You'd be surprised how competitive and strategic 7v7 flag is though at the 5A varsity level. I def don't coach 8 year olds.

your takes have managed to get worse not better lol, News flash 4-7th round draft picks USUALLY DO NOT HAVE HIGH CEILINGS even the ones who turn into all pros have obvious flaws ie Josh Norman 4.7 40....
Any late round pick who contributes at all can't be considered a "huge blunder" lmfao stick to flag football, NFL ball definitely isnt your speed.
I said their plays were blunders, not the players themselves.. Learn how to read. I think Etienne can be a solid potential #2 back, but I blame Canales for putting Etienne back there to return punts though. He's struggled all season fielding punts. He's not a natural catcher. Plus, if Dan Morgan didn't have so many misses in previous drafts, there's a high chance we're not having to rely on a player like Jimmy Horn to make a crucial catch in a playoff game.
1 hour ago, PantherChris said:Nah I'll wait because I know 100% i NEVER said he would have a big season, I said righting off a rookie is stupid and you were calling for cutting him I also said not taking Ladd Was THE MISTAKE , with Legette all I said was wait and see. He managed to regress to full retard now would be a good time to call for cutting him.
And it was your own thread dude all you have to do is click your profile and threads started by you
Just checked. I started an XL thread about his drop %, but the interaction you are referring to is not a thread I started. I just remember being critical of XL, and you defended him like he was your first born son. Funny stuff. Turns out I was correct. Btw I would never say to cut a 1st round WR after one season. You just make shiit up. Going forward though, I want nothing to do with you. Please don't respond to me and I'll do the same to you. Take care, Christopher!

I assume you’re talking about Proctor and Lomu. I consider them overrated and both risky prospects, but we’ll see what happens. I feel like the value in the 2nd round at OT is way better “bang for your buck” than the late 1st round guys.
