He abandons the run a lot. This week isn't the first time
I agree but he had good reason to abandon it today. Wasn’t effective much at all and BY was cooking a bit today.

Canales situation playcalling has been bad all season and it was bad again today and it is one of the reasons we lost.
Saying Canales play calling has been bad all season is laughable. Especially compared to what we’ve had to watch in the past.

No he was a wuss. Going for field goals instead of touchdowns and also abandoning the run. It wasn't his best game let's be honest. When your kicker has missed two field goals you go for it.
I agree he should’ve gone for it but he abandoned the run for good reason. I’ll die on that hill just for today. I know he’s done that in the past but Tampa negated our run game in a big way today.

No he didn't cook. He abandoned the run, again.
He abandoned the run because he should’ve. Tampa played well in the trenches today and stifled our strength.

That loss is on Canales.
Chuba and Eddie. Canales cooked.

I’m not defending chubba but maybe if he touches the ball regularly like he should with all the money being spent on him and oline, he’s in a groove and doesn’t fumble.
Man just hold on to the ball with two hands in that situation no matter what. He knows better.

Chuba and Eddie can hold that L for us. Good game tho and helps draft position

Easily JTO's most positive film review of Bryce. The anticipation shout outs, shouting out the play calling and design from Canales, the ball placement, the way he suddenly is able to stand tall and climb the pocket where necessary. There's something worth keeping here at QB all the sudden. Shocking turnaround.

This is exactly what I thought of as well. Jaycee had a tough day against a borderline HoF receiver it's alright.

I need Sheena to start tweeting that after practice there are now 2 people hitting the JUGS machine. Chuba and XL.

Everyone talked about the eye test and he passed it for the most part today. Can nitpick here and there for sure but he was making plays out there.

It’s a good defense. Get over yourself

Well Bryce finally has more than 100 yards at halftime. 177 has to easily be his career high for him at halftime good for the little dude.

Can he get to 100+ yards passing by halftime? It seems impossible for him. He shows off in garbage time when the opposing defense lets up. I agree with everyone else about the eye test, he routinely fails that. The best eye test thing I saw from the Giants game was he actually stood tall in the pocket some, even stepping up in the clean pocket to make the pass. Keep doing that and throwing with anticipation and maybe it'll work out some for him. But I just don't have much hope for him long-term.

Canales is very far down the list of reasons we lost this game. Players let him down today for the most part.
