Reich current highest odds to be first HC fired this season
Mage replied to ncfan's topic in Carolina Panthers
Reich ain't surviving the shellacking the Cowboys are going to put on us -
Imagine trading for a 30-year old WR when your team has 1 win.

Maybe if we muster out a few wins. I can't see him being brought back if we lose out, which is likely.

As much flack as Reich deserves, we also have to acknowledge there is only so much he can do schematically. When Thielen is your No. 1 WR, you are screwed. I've been saying it all season. He puts up good fantasy numbers but he's a terrible #1. The solution would be to run more of a power run game, take pressure off the WRs. But the RBs and OL are horrible. I don't even think Hubbard is good either, just better than Miles.

Lol you got me, was going off his PFR which only has him throwing regular season passes in 3 seasons. But I'm not far off. 2 seasons in Carolina, waived before start of 2013 regular season. 1 season in Chicago, waived during his 4th season (2015) and picked up by Baltimore. So only 3 years where he spent the year on one team, then his 4th and final year he split between Bears and Ravens (after getting waived).

With all due respect, I find this to be a little goofy if I'm right about where this is headed. I hate to be that person and I'm embarrassed about the Panthers too but its just sports... more important things in the world to march the streets about, assuming that is what they are meaning. And marching the streets to get people fired seems a little insensitive. The best way to show the Panthers our displeasure is to just stop attending games.

Keep in mind the game is in Chicago, on Soldier Field. Not the easiest place to kick from 50+.

Keep in mind that Evero declined the interim spot in Denver. It isn't that unlikely he would do the same here. Jim Caldwell is far more likely to take the interim spot IMO

BURN THIS BIH DOWN

Damn we suck

Why is the right guard telegraphing the snap every single play?
-
Lol why do you make everything about Bryce man? Yes, Bryce looks bad... and so do the coaches of this team. Bagent is a bad QB, hasn't stopped the Bears from sending routes downfield. Panthers literally are having every single receiver run within 10 yards of the LOS. You at the very least need a decoy downfield to force the defense to play back somewhat. It is terrible coaching.

We aren't even designing routes more than 10+ yards downfield

Bryce with Kyle Shanahan would cook.

Terrace Marshall some dog cheeks

Running the ball on 1st and 30 LMFAO

Evero is legit.

I guarantee you he will last more than 3 seasons in the NFL, even if it is as a back-up QB. To think otherwise is just being ignorant. Clausen wasn't even good enough to be a back-up. We're talking about a guy who threw 7 TDs in 14 starts. Young has already surpassed that. Again anyone who says otherwise just didn't watch or doesn't remember how awful Clausen was. He was an all-time bad QB. Like over the entire history of the NFL. Bryce Young is just regular bad. It's like asking Mark Sanchez vs Jimmy Clausen... yeah, Sanchez sucked, but he won't Clausen bad.

Bryce has sucked but even at his worst, he's still way better than Clausen. The only way this is a debate for anyone is if they didn't see Clausen play. Bryce has looked like your usual bad QB (although I have not given up on him). Jimmy looked like an all-time bad QB. Huge difference IMO. To this day I really don't know how many QBs I'd say were worse than Clausen? And keep in mind Clausen sucked with what was a solid supporting cast. Steve Smith, rookie LaFell is better than anyone we have sans Thielen, Stewart (Williams was hurt), Gettis too, OL was good... Clausen was just so bad. There is a reason he only played 3 seasons. I'm convinced he could lead just about any team to the No. 1 Overall Pick. Just about any QB trait you could think of, Clausen was the worst. IQ? Accuracy? Arm Strength? Mobility? Awareness? Leadership? Clausen was a 0/10 across the board.
