Yeah, let's just forget the fact that Baker has had 6 head coaches in 6 years and the same number of offensive coordinators.  Because even Brady would thrive in that situation.  SHDH

Baker 6 Head Coaches in 6 years.  Baker is not the issue. Stability and good team coaching is the issue.
