The Bryce situation reminds me of Josh Rosen (national media)

Everyone did.. Had we drafted CJ then the Texans would have drafted Young. It was like that. -

But there is reasons to say this could be a mistake. 1. If Andy gets hurt 1 play into the game.. then what we bring Young back in, days after getting benched? We should have made him inactive and put him on the bench for at least a few weeks. 2. This franchise has a history of throwing out QB's. Baker and Darnold being those examples of those we gave up on.. 3. Young has the skills and has proven himself.. at the CFB level.. He had a terrible year last year and a terrible start this year that shattered his confidence instantly after the 1st play this season. I'm not ready to throw that away... but Im not ready to hand the job back to him. Im ok going into the season next year with him still on the roster but like Dave Canales says.. with competition. -

You are right. They don't watch us. I mean, I hardly want to watch us. -
Sure.

This was a funny turnaround.

Honestly it allows us to see what we have in our WR's and properly evaluate the rest of the team

This is how you win the turnover battle and lose by 23

I remember that when Canales came in he said he wanted to be like Seattle and create competition at every spot on the roster. If he didnt bench Young then that message would have been lost (which is what happened towards the end with Russell Wilson). This was likely a very hard decision to make but it was the right one. Im impressed with Canales.

Im curious to see what Andy actually brings to the table... This makes me excited to watch the Panthers this coming weekend.

Sanders is garbage. I think the whole league can see that also his cap hit... -

I was and have been a BY supporter. But this play... this is the play that proves to me that its time to move on. Its a broken play. BY breaks the pocket (good) XL throws his hand up(good). BY knows he does NOT have the arm strength to make the throw on the run. He has to try to stop and try to set his base.. takes too much time and gets sacked. To me its over... -
... i picked up Andy Dalton in my 2QB fantasy league...

Well.... there goes my super sleeper of the year....

I think we have a lot of potential stars on the team.. but you are right, this is a team rebuilding its identity. As a Canadian... Im hoping to see Chuba shine

Yeah what a feeling. You FINALLY make the team.. only to be cut 24 hours later by a guy the team have never had in the building. NFL... not for long.

When Coach was asked about the WR room today in his presser he made an interesting comment. "We could keep 7 OR we could keep 4 and bring in 2 guys from other teams" I thought that was interesting.

Yeah, but at the time there was a feeling like he was an ascending player. Fitt and Rhule also kept saying we were 'one piece away'... And to be fair.. at the time we had a decent team.. If Darnold would have played to his 'potential' then it would have been a good move and we would have been instantly competitive. But he didn't and we threw everything into that gamble.
