    Some winnable games coming up. Today we ran into a desperate talented team who had to win. It was a bad spot for us and was always a mismatch with the defense. Combined with the expected bs calls from the refs and it just wasn’t our day. Need to regroup and win in Chicago next week.

    I didn’t realize it was an old thread and thought the giants were already trying to trade him. I was only mildly surprised at the headline.

    Almost an entire fuging room of highly paid NFL execs had less foresight than most of this board. That’s a little scary.

    Seems like not playing preseason and then going 0-60 in week 1 isn’t the best idea.

    I thought pierce coached a horrible game. Two plays in particular stand out to me. The first was when he ran the ball on 3rd and 7 then went for it on 4th and 3 and failed. The second was when they hurried to the line to run a sneak on 4th and more than a yard instead of lining up to run an actual play. Neither of those made any sense to me.

    It wasn’t even just the national media. There were local guys spewing the same bs and they should know better. Julian Council and Tim Donnelly were both very adamant that it was a mistake to bench him.

    Fitterer was truly one of the worst GMs in NFL history. There’s not one single thing that Sanders does well.

    If we get to 6-2 or 7-3 this place will go nuts with things like Super Bowl talk.

    I will trust that Canales is going to make adjustments also. At least we have a chance now. Dalton is a vet who has been in almost every NFL scenario. It wont look like today but he also wont turn into Bryce next week.

    Agreed. I think this is what we needed to get Tepper somewhat out of things. Canales benched Bryce and now has proven to Tepper that his football decisions are superior to whatever the fug has been going on here now for the last 7 years.
