"Buffalo Turds" - look up Atomic Buffalo Turds and there are a bunch of recipes. Cool thing is you can adjust the recipe as you like and it still comes out great. I substitute baby andouille sausages for the Lil Smokies and use a mix of taco spice in the cream cheese or even better, use the "Santa Fe Mix" of Cream cheese. If you want less fire, take all the seeds and membrane out of the jalapenos or use Anaheim Chilis instead. Good stuff.
