Smitty goes off on CLT on WFNZ
Chaos replied to Move the Panthers to Raleigh's topic in Carolina Panthers
Edgy comment. It's not for everyone but there are plenty of redeeming qualities that keep former player's and their families around. Depends on what you want in life and what's important to you. I could give a poo about clubs that bump until daybreak. -

Such an odd coincidence, right? lol -
Ain't no wins coming fam. I will see my AARP card arrive before we ever dig out of this deep a hole.

We were a total shitshow last season, and it appears we did nothing in an entire off season to address it. That warrants booing and fan anger and apathy this early in the season. Honeymoon has been over with this regime.

Forget route running, blocking, drops for a second. During our hurry up drive, the team was hustling to the line to get the next snap and XL was just strolling back from his last route like he was walking in the park on a Saturday afternoon. That poo’s infuriating. It’s effort and awareness; no excuse for being that casual.

Man if the Panthers had somehow miraculously tripped and fallen into a win yesterday, the spin today would be unbearable. I hate to say it but a loss was the only way to not lose sight of the many glaring faults across the board and keep the focus on what’s wrong with this team. No story lines about “heart” or “resiliency”, that ain’t it bros.

We’re stuck in a special kind of hell

The league should give us a miniature Lombardi if we manage five wins.

But but squirrels and raccoons

For this top tier O-Line, run game looks sluggish and stifled. Dowdle looks like hot garbage, and Hubbard has to work really hard to get any daylight. Coaching I feel is a huge weakness all the way around. Love T Mac. Nick Scott sucks ass, seemingly out of position on all the big plays. I’m miserable

Bryce Young is a problem — what would you do if you were Dan Morgan?
Chaos replied to OldhamA's topic in Carolina Panthers
Yep so instead they double down on their stupidity and we all suffer. -

We keep losing YEARS in a matter of minutes with decisions this FO makes. They are stacking up, and the hole is so deep I can’t even see daylight at the top anymore. Just start shoveling the dirt in on top of me. -
Those trash QBs must stick together, it’s like a brotherhood of failure.

How many games before they pull the plug for good

Are there any cities in America actively shopping for an NFL team? -
I wish I would have manned up last night and watched all of Ravens Bills. I was still so bitter over the fuging panthers I didn’t have it in me. Instant regret.

What will it take for him to remove himself from the picture? That’s what I vote for.

I’m trying to be positive on Bryce Young, but….
Chaos replied to LegioX's topic in Carolina Panthers
What bothers me more than the 4th down blunder or his inability to slide and overall carelessness with the football, is that every. single. play, Bryce switches something at the line, or redirects a WR or blocker with about 4 seconds on the play clock, then claps in desperation to get the snap before the delay of game penalty. Every. single. play. It's mind boggling he's this out of sync, or the communication between he and DC is that broken. Something like this can be fixed in an off-season, or TC, or even pre-season if DC elected to call plays and put Bryce in the game. But we know that doesn't happen here. -
For some reason, over the years since 18/19, there seems to be an association that if you play for Carolina, you collect your check, half ass it, get pats on the back and positive press from the F.O., and then you either fade into obscurity because you're a jag, or you leave and prosper under a system with better leadership, one that is holding players accountable and getting much more out of the player who coasted at Carolina. Whatever option eliminates this stench, this "culture", whatever the hell it is, sign me up for that. My thinking is, unfortunately, as long as Tepper is here, the leadership layers beneath him will be the cucks of the NFL. But if he truly steps back, then you have to can Morgan definitely with the possibility of trashing Canales too, if he (Canales) being here clouds the next GM hire. But seriously, what great football mind(s) and talent evaluator/developer combo wants to come here? We're stuck with scraping the bottom of the barrel when hiring season rolls around.
