Derrick Brown is a machine

What’s this?????????

Canales’ insistence on being 50/50 with the running backs is fuging the rhythm all to poo. We know what Bryce is, trash, but if we lose this game to the winless Jets it’s 100% on Canales.

Do that again to open the second half and that might crush the Jets spirit. What little they have left.

Great field position squandered by our dynamic duo of Bryce and XL

I like Chuba but he’s the Bryce Young of running backs. He needs blocking and situation to be perfect to show flashes. Rico is a punishing runner that seems better at improvising with the ball in his hands.

Get Rico in and get Mays back at center. Idk why Canales insists on messing with a working formula
Classic overthinking. Clueless

chill man, its gonna be a full split and its alright, I think Chuba's punishing style sets up to soften the defense for Dowdle is good for Rico.
Nah dude, we’ve seen Dowdle spelling Chuba and it’s been terrible. Dowdle needs volume carries.

When I think of "Game Winning Drive" I think of this and only this.
It's a QB who hasn't put his team in a hole, but one who finishes the battle he's been in all day.

The Jets and Panthers thinking the other is the "trap" team

Mays is our Center, end of discussion.

Let’s see how we do on the road against a team we can beat.
While the Jets are mega ass, they did manage to put up 27 on Tampa a few weeks ago and barely lost. We can’t take them lightly.

06 was the big Romo coming out party. We got up 14-0 and then the Cowboys outscored us 35-0 the rest of the way. They even set a franchise record for fourth quarter points, or something appropriately humiliating.
I think 2007 was the one where the DB just tackled Carter before the ball got there. Matt Moore was the starter in that game. I think that was the same one where Steve Smith made a catch on his back, the closest ref called it complete, and then Mike Carey came running from the opposite end of the field to call it incomplete.
Your memory is exquisite

Who remembers the night game against Dallas when maybe Romo was a new starter, and the obvious tackle on Drew Carter before the ball arrived, no PI call, changed the whole game. Thinking 07 maybe?

Slye kicked a game winner for the Commanders this year. Pretty cool.
I feel like all he ever did was kick us in the nuts

Damn Mahomes yapping at Hutchinson after that TD. I know it’s because of the late hit earlier in the drive. Still, I wish Hutch would have throat punched Pat

The one position that we seem to always get right is kicker. We drafted Butker but let him walk, we had Gano, Pineiro was ok for a while, now we have Fitzgerald. John Kasay would be proud, even though I'm still mad at him for his Super Bowl kickoff that let the Patriots start at the 40.
Has your PTSD memory protection allowed you to forget the Joey Slye experiment, because I haven't forgotten lol

Yeah that's one key aspect I'll give him specific credit for is he handled the pressure much better today. Minus the balls thrown into the dirt which if I'm being honest need to stop 35 games into his career.
You know man, I'm starting to wonder if the ground balls when he's under pressure is a Canales thing? It's not something I see commonly around the NFL, and I wonder if he's been coached to do this, because when he does it, it seems pretty damn methodical. I'll give him credit for avoiding Intentional Grounding penalties by making sure someone is close enough to the ball.

Serious question - if we're able to stack up more wins, how many does it take before a loss to the Panthers doesn't send the opponent's owner into a coach-firing, media-shunning fury?
I feel like even when we were on our way to the 15-1 season, major media continued to think it was a mirage and we weren't respected week after week. Even at 13-0, I think we were still expected to lose.
