What makes this even more frustrating is the fact that we've seen him have great games vs Atlanta and vs Rams. But these low yardage games where he has at least one turnover, is basically the norm for his career. It's like he did JUST enough to put a seed of doubt into the staff of whether or not he might be the franchise QB or not. I just wish he would have unillaterally sucked so we could outright replace him with the best QB in the draft. The worst possible place you can be as a franchise is a team conistantly drafting in the middle of the draft with a sub par QB. Because that basically forces you to have to trade up for a QB when you want to replace him. And we see how our last trade up for a QB went. We are back in quarterback purgatory.

But at some point you as the LEADER of the team at QB need to do SOEMTHING to elevate ABOVE adverse situations like this. If the team can't get their poo together and the HC doesn't call them out on it. You as QB need to get in their poo to keep them accountable. If you can't elevate the team on OR off the field. Then what the flying fughole are you doing at QB? Collecting checks for 30 mil guaranteed contract for what? So frustrating man.
