They announcer Mark Schlereth on the TV broadcast said Canales told him that he will keep rotating the RBs on a drive by drive basis. Meaning Chubba gets a drive, Rico gets a drive, Chubba gets a drive, etc I've never seen this done before. It defies all logic and situational awareness. You go with the hot hand even in a dual RB system. You don't just evenly swap them regardless of performance

If Baker played anything like this when he was with the Panthers, he'd still be with us. Nobody expected him to play this good, not even the Buccaneers did.

Pure hindsight. Baker was TERRIBLE when he played games for us. He was in a QB competition with Kyle Trask before he got his first start for the Buccaneers.
