Is it to early to revisit the Corral vs Malik Willis debate?
rayzor replied to micnificent28's topic in Carolina Panthers
we could try looking ahead to try and pick out who would be another QB that Canales could work with.... -
...and the red rocket's glare the ball flew through the air gave proof through the game that we're pounding again
-
i know we don't have any rings....but....you know we had some good years and some great players. it's been a minute, but you know it hasn't always been bad.
-
yeah i wouldn't hate this at all. if he really has a knack for getting QBs with a few years of experience to perform at a level they never actually reached, but had the potential to reach...then that could be what we work with for a while. as long as we're winning, i don't care how we pull it off at QB.
-
i agree. he's not worn down. he's been a back up for several years so his old guy mileage is low. i think he can last a few years, long enough for us to find a longer term solution @ QB.

we had traded the 2nd round pick for Darnold. we just didn't have much draft ammo left. we got who we could get because fitterer was in on every deal. even at that...we had to trade up to get Corral and i think we were lucky to be able to trade up even that far. -
even with those issues...i'll take them over the poo show we had last year. overall they've done well and have been getting better. we fall for stunts, but i think we'll get better at recognizing them.

i give rex an 'F'....as in fug off..

the whole team was playing at a much higher energy than i've seen in a long time. loved it.
-
i'm pretty excited about this matchup. i feel like we're fired up pretty well. makes sense that we've got a QB whose hair is on fire.

rex ryan has always been a loud mouth and bruschi has some mental issues going on.

loved watching all of them. didn't notice that chase down by hunt, though. very nice.

Nope.... we're deciding now. No time for wussing out.

Your Udpated Record Predictions with Dalton at QB?
rayzor replied to Hoenheim's topic in Carolina Panthers
Going back to my original 8 or 9 wins. -
Ride with Dalton as long as possible until Canales can find his guy.
-
We won because we got Dalton in there rather than BY. He deserves it for sure, but so also does Canales for making the call.

He's a persistent beast -
Bryce can’t be on the team this time next week.
rayzor replied to electro's horse's topic in Carolina Panthers
Yep, there's no point in keeping him around just because of what we gave up for him. He's no good to the team. It's a sunk cost. Keeping him around is just a weak attempt to save face, but everyone knows it was a monumental failure. We don't look better by keeping him. We look stubborn. Get over it and move on from it. -
