finally started The Way of Kings... didn't really want to jump in to this so early in the series' life since it's supposed to be something like 10 novels and only the first one's out so far, but I only had so many options left on the shelf of stuff I haven't already read. And I really wanted to get into something good, and I've enjoyed everything I've read from Brandon Sanderson so far. So far, so good, but only about 40-50 pages in.

i'm in the same boat... can't wait for the third book took a while to get thru the first half of the first book, but by the end of it, i was hooked. the second book was fantastic and now i just follow rothfuss' blog waiting for news on the third book at least from following his blog, i found out that he's already signed a deal for a second trilogy with his publisher which will probably take place in the same universe

this thread makes me want to get back into cards (which i don't need to do) here's some of my collection:

honeslty, i'm just looking for something that i can pick up in a boxed set because i'm a cheap bastard and want something that will take me some time to get through

i'm assuming you've read everything that's come out to this point... is there at least an ending in sight? i know there's only one more (at least, supposedly) to be released...

yeah, i've read all of the mixed reviews on here i can actually deal with all the drawn out, over detailed stuff... as long as it's heading somewhere

WWZ was awesome, can't wait for the movie i finally picked up ADWD... glad to finally have my favorite characters back but once i'm done, i'm not sure where i'm going to go next... started two books before breaking down and buying ADWD and just couldn't get into them. GRRM has ruined reading for me which would you choose? the wheel of time or the sword of truth?
