You’re profile says 2008, but if you’re like me (2009) it seems a lot longer. Neg rep to smack!

The board "reset" itself(or somethings along those lines)so members had to re-register and that is why most people's say 2008.

  2. I was 15 the first year the Panthers played. Before that, I was a Redskins fan because my dad was. I was a Vikings fan because of my brother. I was a Packers fan because of my older cousins. When the Panthers came about, my dad started keeping up with them. About that same time, I was going into 9th grade, and starting to drive and interested in playing sports. He actually took me to the game at Kenan when the Redskins played the Falcons when the NFL  tested the market for football in the Carolinas. Anyways, me and him started watching them religiously. It was a father/son bonding experience. Us watching Collins, Lathan, Mills, Walls, Biakabutuka, Moose, Jake, Foster, Morgan, Smitty, Peppers, Williams, Stewart, Cam, Kuechly, JJ Jansen was as much a part of Sundays as going to church was. We never missed anything. We occasionally would find time to go to a preseason game here and there. Ive never actually been to a reg season game inside of BOA. Been to multiple preseason ones though. I guess to me, the Panthers to me mean spending time with dad, whether it involves winning yells, or absolutely yelling/cussing the dog poo out of Rhule. Hopefully when son gets older, it'll mean the same to him......sans the cussing cause Rhule will be long gone by then...and also if I haven't completely given up on the Tepper run Panthers Era......which is really, really, really hard to do.

  3. It really helps that Cruise and co. were actually flying in real planes and not relying on cgi to do the bulk of the work. I didnt even care to watch it but my wife convinced me to see it with her and I went in to watching it with the perception that it wasnt going to be any good, but man, let me tell you, after the movie was over I really thought it was one of the better movies that have come out in recent years.

  4. Whats that phrase, I wish there was a way to know you were in the good old days before you actually left them. dont get me wrong, I have loved some recent Panthers team, but that 2003 team played with some fire. Miss Jake's passion. We need that in a QB. Sam aint got an ounce of fire in him.

Washington Warriors with a Spartan-esque mascot would've been so bad ass man.

    Nope. That's offensive to Greeks.

But in the video, the show stars on the uniform. Generals wear stars. If it's not Generals the maybe they could get away with Defenders but because of the stars on the uniform I'm still calling Generals.

The stars are inside the collar like our Keep Pounding patch.

    Ghost of Tsushima looks amazing!

Since I upgraded my TV, I've noticed the new consoles really do bring that "extra" bit of polish and flair in games.  I was messing around with Fallen Order the other day, and the train section in the beginning, where it's all wet and rainy was so pretty.  The reflections, ambient light, etc.  Super cool.

I can't wait for more games to be "built" for these new platforms with their super fast SSDs and GPUs.  I think we're all in for a treat!

Ive been blown away so far. Its unbelievable the difference.
