didn't mean to hurt your small person feelings, manlet. if you knew how to lift and eat (which you clearly don't laffo) you could do it.
i'll be putting on roughly 4 pounds of muscle ish and losing 10 pounds overall in the next 6 - 7 weeks or so and that's just with eating right and lifting weights.
That makes plenty of sense. 8 lbs is quite a bit of muscle. Not like I said it was mission impossible. Lifting weights and eating right is common sense, but it does take discipline and hard work, that was my only point. You aren't hurting anyone's feelings, but the attempted insults are unnecessary to get your (apparently educated) point across.

none of you have any idea what you're talking about
a 23 ish year old genetic freak (which he is just by virtue of being in the nfl) putting on 5 pounds of muscle over 5 ish months the first time on an nfl caliber training and diet regiment is absolutely nothing to write home about. His height or the amount of "cardio" he's doing (they don't really do any metabolic/aerobic conditioning right now, and very little over the course of the year compared to other sports) so stop mansplaining things with your personal excuses for being fat.
hell, almost all of them would "put on muscle" during the offseason. the rigors of an NFL season literally make their bodies break down, and they're really unable make any gains during the actual season since their body spends all their sleep time just repairing and trying to hold on.
lastly, people that make these of boasts are never really long for the NFL. the people that thrive in this sport are the ones that don't need to "bulk up" once they get there. You maniacs are sounding like a bunch of 49ers fans when they drafted AJ Jenkins.
Source: I have trained current and former NFL players.
That's nice and all but putting on 8 lbs of muscle isn't easy for anyone.
I'm 5'8 143 9.9% Bodyfat but thanks for trying to insult me.
I don't understand why you're puffing your chest out and so aggro.

Putting on 8 lbs quality muscle without err...help, is not easy. Plus, the longer you've been training the less "gains" you typically make on a yearly basis. That's a lot of calories for someone that's basically in the gym or on the field 24/7. Good for him. I know it was hard work.

Flashing back to the playoff game last year, I'm incredibly thankful to have Ginn back. Especially for punts.

Vikings caught got sleeping/staring in the backfield on that one. Very big mistake.

I seriously doubt he's going anywhere. They would have probably won that game with the way Andy Dalton has played this year if he was healthy. Yea he hasn't won in the playoffs, but there's something to be said about getting there every single year. You fire him and hire some douche that can't even get you there and things can go south quick. So if you're going to fire a guy making the playoffs every year, you better damn sure nail that hire.
We'll see. Either one of us could be right.

This all goes back to Marvin Lewis imo. When we played them after the ankle twisting incidents he said in his presser he didn't see a problem with what vontaze did. Later in the week of course he got fined. (Vontaze). When a coach condones or turns a blink eye this this type of play, it is he that should be held accountable to some degree.
My dad and I were talking about that. He either condones it or has no control whatsoever. That was his last game as the head coach imo.

Beckham is a great receiver and was one of my favorite players but he's lost my respect. I commend josh for keeping his cool out there.

It's Norman or Luke. I love KK, but we've always had a dominant pass rush, but never have we had a shut down corner to go along with that. Norman has been that and much more, Defensive MVP is his for sure.
KK's not even the best DT in the conference. Hello Aaron Donald. While there is no competition for J-No right now in the NFC.
Yeah man, Aaron Donald is a freak of nature. That's obviously no slight to Short, but AD is just crazy.

They are most definitely a good football team. Chances are we'll have to take them out to reach the pot of gold. We definitely can do it. If it happens it will be a great game.

That Gettleman pic is amazing. The pride and happiness on his face makes me smile. The guy loves football and he loves our team.
Thanks again!

I don't think it's funny at all and it sucks to see a guy like that get hurt.

I'm looking forward to more Funchess in the second half. He seems to be getting at least a slight edge on his man pretty regularly.

I love all types of music, including good country. That was not good country.
