  1. I think we’ve done an admirable job fixing the OL. Really hope we can retain Bozeman long term. But count me out for wanting Armstead. Too expensive for an injury prone player. We’re in a prime position to draft a stud at LT on the low. I’d like to use the rest of the money on a QB or to further bolster the D.

Also, I like BC as a swing tackle. My preferred OL lineup would be:

    Cross Brown Bozeman Corbett Morton

I want the extra size/mauler/road grader Brown brings at LG. Our RBs will eat behind that OL. BC is nice depth.

Please just build the line this year.

This is all I ask. Quit messing around and fix the issue that has crippled this team for a decade. Grab our franchise LT at #6. Play Brown at RG. And see what’s available in FA for LG & C. There are a ton of viable options. I like BC as a backup swing tackle.

I would call Buffalo and see if Cody Ford is available. I remember him kind of falling out of flavor last year.

Draft QB next year with a better class and let’s roll with our new HC.

  3. Doubt anyone would join this sinking ship unfortunately. But put me down for any of these players:

    C JC Tretter
    Bi
    lly Turner
    T Bryan Bulaga
    T Andre Dillard
    T Taylor Lewan
    G Roger Saffold

    LB Cory Littleton
    LB Eric Kendricks

    QB Carson Wentz

    Reclamation Projects:

    LB Blake Martinez
    DE Danielle Hunter

  4. Not going to lie. I was happy with the Rhule hire. It was between him and Stefanski for me.

Like I stated in another thread, I hated the staff his put together and it proved to be valid. They’re all clueless. I haven’t seen anyone get better since we drafted them.

But I can’t discredit his drafts. He has shown an eye for talent. Sure, he drafted a LS and went all defense in another but no one is perfect in the draft.

Everyone preaches BPA so we can’t all burn him for the Brown & Horn picks. A lot of you were slurpers at the time.

But yes, burn him at the stakes for green lighting Irving & Eflein the 1st day of FA, not playing BC & Brown & for even remotely thinking this OL needed minimum work.

Also burn the body again to make sure he is not a witch for his QB evaluations. They’ve been downright horrendous and have set us back tremendously.

With that said & I hope that I am wrong, I think he gets another year. He’s been stubborn to this point but unfortunately he is getting introduced to the big boy leagues. We need to hope he learns or at least dedicates this offseason to the OL so when the next HC comes in he only has to focus on a QB.

  5. Give me Charles Cross in 1st. LT is the hardest and most expensive spot to fill. I’ve seen him go around 15 in some mocks. Even better if we can trade back a few spots and add a 3rd. Losing that 2nd for Darnold hurts now.

Sign a center, start Brown and kick the tires on Cody Ford. That should be an affordable and good OL.

    Cross/Ford/FA/Brown/Moton

Erving/Eflein/BC provide good depth & versatility

The only high paying player we will lose in free agency is Curtis Samuel so there is no reason to limit yourself to cut players only. It made sense last year when we had several high priced free agents sign. Not so much this when there are holes to fill and less players leaving.

You’re very right about this. I’m still obviously traumatized with the events that took place last year.

Either way those are the only players I think we will be able to afford. Don’t think we’ll be in the market for high priced free agents. Maybe kick the tires on Shaquill Griffin (Fitts connection) and Jayon Brown.

  7. Kevin Zeitler, Trai Turner, Andrew Norwell, Riley Reiff, John Brown, Jurrell Casey, Lamarcus Joyner (at FS not NCB), Malcolm Butler, AJ Bouye, Carlos Dunlap, Gerald Everett.

Basically players who have been cut (with the exception of Everett) who won’t cost us comp picks and probably won’t warrant big contracts. I’m sure I’m still leaving a few out.

  8. Who is this dude? This is hilarious. It is what it is. Bridgewater is just not a good QB. 15TDs in a career year is dreadful. Not to mention he had almost as many INTs. Teddy doesn’t have a clutch gene in his body and he doesn’t own up to anything. Never seen such a below average player blame everyone but himself. He’s delusional. He was never good to begin with. Saints made him into fools gold and unfortunately we bit. Taysum Hill even looks serviceable in that offense. Just move along now.

He's been spot on many things in the past, insurer source, including but not limited to Irvin to the Seahawks at 16 when general consensus was that he was a low 2nd high third prospect.

Didn’t you know that if you don’t hit on 100% of your info, you’re a fraud?

Little was a scouting error that many pros do more often than not. But apparently we have many here that just never got the chance to showcase their scouting chops.

  10. I'd be lying if I said I was comfortable with Oher penciled in as the starter at LT. But, the way things are looking that might be the case. Keep in mind King Dunlap didn't have the best track record either. Many were clamoring to have us sign him this offseason. He turned it around in SD, what's to say Oher couldn't do the same with Carolina?
