some of my workout music. it varies from rap to rock to metal. but it all has to have that pump.

yeah i'm not there yet. just doing them with a 4-6 inch elevation is pretty rough. mostly on my triceps.

i added diamond pushups and crucifix pushups to my chest press/pec fly supersets. can definitely tell the next day edit: crucifix, not superman

i do. helps with focus and form. it better be a good upper buzz tho or you'll be lagging and hurt your workout.

because your body stays cooler in water and allows you to work harder/longer feeling like you've had a hell of a workout doesn't always mean you're getting an optimal workout

hey if you enjoy it, but you really couldn't pick worse forms of cardio : my 3 fav forms of cardio: skipping rope, rollerblading, swimming unfortunately i have no way to swim

there are better, less stressful forms of exercise, even if its just mountain climber intervals

running is terrible cardio, terrible exercise

that's the beauty of the series. you aren't spoon fed sugar coated solutions. it keeps you on your toes. martin makes any other author on the planet look transparent and predictable pretty much.
