  1. Jase has a track on that album.
  2. They're not Panthers fans if they say we're gonna suck. Punch them in the nards.
  3. Just don't read the ingredient/nutrition info Cat... works for me.
  4. Haven't posted too much in here in the last two weeks... I was out most of the week last week but have been back at it hard since the weekend. Hope everyone is doing well.
  5. Philly that's pretty much all twitter is for... It gets much better when there's a game or something to discuss.
  6. Got back in the gym today after a 3 day layoff. Was out of town. Did squats and a little shoulders today and will probably be sore tomorrow. Did 150 pushups yesterday after a good walk since we got home late and my serratus are really sore.
  7. Jase is gonna be gettin' it on more regularly really soon...
  8. Shirts are the same with me... depends on the shirt, but usually arms are tight on Large and XL is like a dress. Oh well, I guess I just have to keep wearing tight sleeves.
  9. I murdered legs today. Squatted with a bodybuilder I know in the gym and we really pushed each other... Probably not gonna want to get out of the bed tomorrow.
  10. My wife lost ~30 lbs last year and has kept it off.... her motivation was a family picture at an event for my son. I said nothing to her about it... save one time when she directly asked me. I was honest with her, mainly about her eating habits (which were atrocious) and told her that we're 40+ now, you can't eat like a 25 year old, never exercise, and expect to keep the same body. She did weight watchers and was borderline obsessive about her diet and the weight came off in less than 3 months. Then she discovered running and aerobics at the gym and she's kept it off. At 5'4" she's hovered around 125 for the past year and she looks great. It's a decision (as most of us in here know) that each person has to make for themselves. If you're not personally motivated, it won't happen.
  11. I've been trying to kill it lately. Joscott and I did an incredible chest workout Sunday and I'm not even sore... it's weird. We did like 7 sets of bench and the last three drop sets were paused reps, which usually makes me really sore, plus some other stuff and ended with pushups... Not decided on what I'm doing today, I'm kind of in a weird spot since I did chest Sunday and deads/back yesterday... I guess I can do arms, but I don't really care for an arm only day. I guess I could do chest again since I'm not sore at all...
  12. That's a big if dude, but I still want to do it.... It's great man... I'm glad you've started on this journey and are doing well at it. It's good for you and your family.
