OK yeah... we have a somewhat similar machine, but the handles are lower and I don't like it that much bc you have to pull "down" or really straight back to about kidney level and I feel it in my arms as much as my back... I would like that machine in the video... we don't have one like that. We have a separate machine I use sometimes that pulls from about knee level (when sitting) "up" and works mainly your traps.

  8. lol I def feel it in my back, but I try and use my hams and glutes as much as possible on the deadlift.
  9. You did legs yesterday and are gonna do DL's today? Uhh... I try to put at least 3 days between any leg stuff and deadlifts. I'm always sore after leg day... always.

  11. This is definitely an issue... I bought that new pre and some new protein the other day and spent upwards of $60.
  12. I'm old, I admit it. I do hurt significantly more than years past... However I'm also in the best shape of my life. I hit the gym pretty much 6 days a week and am stronger than most of the guys half my age so I'm good... I was able to dead today but I didn't push it and I did some leg and lower back exercises first instead of jumping right on the deads. That wrap I got really helps my ribs. Good luck on that course boo. You can do it!
  13. I've seen that too... I don't take it within at least a few hours or working out...
  14. Shoulders suck. I don't see how it's a bone injury... it feels completely like a muscle strain and there's no pain to the touch. My chiropractor said it's possible to slightly pull the intercostal away from the rib with something like this.
