  1. Man.... I did legs sunday and did some stuff I don't normally do... walking lunges in particular... good god I'm so sore.

  3. Check Costco... They often have it buy one get one.
  4. Yep... C4 is good but I build up a tolerance quickly. After about two weeks I need two scoops.
  5. Pushing old women to the ground to get to the dumbbell rack.
  6. Depends on the kind of ice... sleet or rain that comes down, wets the trees and then freezes is BAD. Ice like we had two weeks ago, that just sticks on the ground is a pain for a day or two, then goes away...

  8. I mean I don't think there's anything "wrong" with PF. I wouldn't personally go there based on what I've heard about them and frankly their commercials are offensive to me... I mean I get it that there are condescending muscle heads in some gyms and people can be intimidated by that, but they play on that a little too hard imo. There are certainly muscle heads in my gym no question, but honestly the people that are the biggest assholes are definitely not the muscle heads... it's the people that have zero gym etiquette who are generally people are who just assholes all the time anyway.

  10. Food tempts the hell out of me, I like it too much. Planet Fitness as a business model is genius. As a "gym" not so much. I know guys that have been told not to come back because they don't "fit" the Planet Fitness profile... ie, they work out too much.

  16. That doesn't sound good... I've never seen any bruising, but when I do squats or machine presses both of my knees hurt like a bitch right above the kneecap... just stretching out I guess. Might want to have that checked out...
