Speaking of cell phones, we all have the Life360 app on ours and I can look at it at any time and see where my kids are.  Obviously they have to keep their cell phones on and with them, but uh... they do that anyway.

Seriously tho, that sucks, I always worried about that poo with my kids and they were pretty good about stuff like that.

 

One time my airhead wife left the garage door open with them home alone, they were around 14 and 10 at the time, and my oldest heard something in the garage.  He knew his mom had left so he locked the inside door, and then heard someone trying it... he took his brother upstairs and hid.  When their mom got home, some stuff had been stolen out of the garage...  it only takes one silly mistake for something bad to happen because assholes are out there that don't care anything but themselves.

 

11 is an age where kids are trying to be independent, but aren't really ready for it yet... I'm glad Zod's boys had the good sense to stay away from those weirdos.   No reason at all for an adult to talk to kids that age without other adults around that I can think of.

I've seen women squat 275, but I don't think I've ever seen a woman bench 160. Impressive!

 

I've seen a very large, obviously roided woman bench 185 for reps... I've seen Erin do 175 raw for 1 and 245 with a sling shot.  She's 100% clean and continues to impress me.  She's trains harder than pretty much anyone in our gym.

This is a girl at my gym who's a trainer and I've worked out with a few times in the last couple of months.

 

She's 5'3" 140 and this is 275x1 on the squat.  I think she's got 300 if she wants to do it.
