Some people still can't comprehend that if fields were any good he wouldn't have been traded in the first place?
Well it doesn't help our stupid asses helped make their decision to get a new franchise qb a hell of a lot easier.

Damn. I really wish we tried to get him, but the Bears would try and rob us blind. They probably don't want Bryce to have any sort of competition I'd imagine. His confidence was already shaky last year. I can't imagine him with Fields breathing down his neck after a poor performance.

Underachieving free agents don't help build the roster.
He had a really good year last season and the Ravens and their fans all want him back still. Him leaving opens up a big hole for the Ravens. Meanwhile, the fan base for the worst team in the league thinks we're too good for him.

I always liked him. It sucks we never got to see any success with this core.

Keep an eyes on on that Razorback C Beaux Limmer, he can be the late round gems for us..........
I really like him. He moves extremely well and should thrive in a zone heavy scheme.

I thought he was a 3rd?
Jenkins was our 2nd. Smitty was our 3rd that draft

What a joke this is. The fact the giants were willing to pay him 30 mill a year, you don't think we can squeeze maybe a little more than an extra late round pick to go along m with that 2nd? Holy fug this team is frustrating

He agile af. We need someone like this for the wide zone. Get a center and then we in business

My biggest fear is Burns goes to a better team and puts up a career high in sacks. He has that kind of ability. As you said you need help around you. Burns will look much better on a winning roster.
That's very possible. Just last year the Jaguars fans were basically all over Josh Allen for saying he'd disappear for huge stretches and do nothing, only for him to get 17.5 sacks this past season.
Burns could 've been better for us, but I still give him the benefit of the doubt for being on a team with a historically bad offense with no lead in the 4th quarter all season where players like him are supposed to thrive. Unfortunately, Burns gets a lot of extra hate for the trade that Fitterer never made.
The good thing is the tag is the best case scenario for us. If someone wants to pay him, we get their picks. If not, we get him again, hopefully more motivated, in what I can only assume will be a better year for all our guys on offense and another year of familiarity on defense.

Russ is done. With that being said, he would easily beat out Bryce if given the chance.

Cam's the fuging GOAT. I don't care what anyone else says.

These idiots. Cam was just slowly regenerating his HP like an end game optional boss. Fighting off one guy and then just dragging around another at the same time as if he was his son refusing to leave a toy store.

Either way, we have to have a pass rush. He is a high character guy. This reminds me of Peppers before he left, only Peppers was better.
It was very similar treatment, you're right. Towards the end of his first tenure here a lot of people on this board were done with Pep and said he was lazy and not worth the money. Was public enemy #1
I even remember people calling Pep out for laughing or smiling on the sidelines when we were losing, when he was just breathing through his mouth

I wore panthers gear when visiting a care home recently. Several people thought I was wearing Jaguars stuff. I took it as a compliment.

Would be fun to go back and see how many here were calling him a bust before the end of season 1
You wouldn't have to go back that far. I remember people were calling him a bust last year.

It's kind of depressing going on Miami's forums and seeing all the posts of everyone agreeing that Tua has too many limitations to take them anywhere. Meanwhile, he's bigger and has a stronger arm than Bryce and does literally everything better than him...

Well, as of right now, it is looking 2022 bad.
I think the Penn State QB has a chance to be really good. I can't predict the future, many things can change

Problem is the QB pool looks significantly weaker than this year. THIS was the year we should have tanked and we couldn't even do that right.
There's nothing we can do about that now. I'll take any prospect who can remotely throw a football at this point. Beggars can't be choosers.

Bryce is going to be the perfect tank commander for us next season

What player would you like to see play to their 'potential'?

Mingo fully panning out would be nice. That'd make him Deebo 2.0, then he'd be able to do most of the heavy lifting for Bryce.
