There's supposed to be a chance to see the northern lights again tonight but it's starting to cloud up to the north of me again. Just my luck🤷‍♂️

Tomorrow night if it isn’t cloudy, is supposed to be as good as last night’s lights

Yep, I got really lucky and saw it too. I went out on the deck for a second to see if I could see the aurora and caught them coming over. Just pure luck.

I felt like an idiot after I went back to the ball field to show my wife I had just recorded my first UFO sighting. The lady she was talking to watched it also and informed me it was Star Link. It’s a video that I have, I didn’t upload it for you’ll to view because of my narration/amazement at what I was seeing.

If the right deal came along I would consider buying a GT500. That's a badass car that I need like a hole in the head.

It  should be one of the car worth more than what it sold for when it gets some age under its belt.I always spent my money on go fast parts rather than make and model myself.

  4. I’m not a Ford guy however I believe the new Mustang GT with the coyote would be a good daily driver. You can add a Whipple charger cheap and break lots of hearts of the super car owners.

Gonna have to tear into my John Deere this weekend. I was doing the first mow of the season yesterday and all of a sudden it just started dying under load. Engage the transmission or mowing deck either one and it would die. I think it might be throttle cable adjustment related. I could hold the throttle up in choke position and it ran decent enough to at least get it back to the shed.

Starving for fuel if it run good with choke up. Main jet is clogged for sure.

Thank you!  Completely forgot about Ace Hardware.  I will give em a visit tomorrow.

Ace has Toro zero turn mowers, they’re made by Exmark and equal in reliability. Steer clear of Craftsman. Don’t buy from Lowe’s or Home Depot. The mowers they have are cheap regardless of manufacturer. The models Lowe’s,  etc have are manufactured for them specifically with cheap parts.

It depends on how much you have to mow also. I have a small farm with lots of mowing to do. If you live in a subdivision with a small lot, one from Lowe’s would suit you well.

  7. Spend the extra money and purchase the highest grade residential Exmark. Mine has lasted years with regular maintenance. Fabricated deck not stamped and serviceable rear drives is a must.

I'm curious how you'd get an elk out of there if in conditions like that.

During elk season there will be people with pack mules camping in the area etc. They charge a fee to pack it out for the hunters. A lot of hunters stay close to the road, they say they hiked in but that not the case or they leave a good portion behind.

  9. I think this was top 5 for me in an episode type drama. I give a 9.5 for story line and a solid 9 for actor’s never seen before, at least by me.

All wrapped up except for staining the new wood. I'll post some pics later. Meanwhile, my wife has me questioning my own interpretation of reality. We had guests over last night and she was proudly boasting of the work that "we" did. Now granted, I was probably on the borderline of heat stroke most of the time I was working on this stuff but I am convinced that I was working alone. Not once do I recall so much as the offer of help. But again, that could just be my own faulty interpretation of reality through the fog of heat exhaustion because she was pretty convincing that "we" did it. 😂

The two become one, you know, the thing.
