Shane Steichen will be named Carolina Panthers Head Coach and will trade up and draft CJ Stroud

Aaron Rodgers and Lamar Jackson will both be on new teams for the 2023 season!

Im also a longtime Florida Gators Fan this is a big time AD Scott Stricklin and Administration problem the issues are well higher then Billy Napier! Florida Football will not return to what it was until the AD is fired and the UAA is flushed out with new people who are aligned from top to bottom!

If Green Bay traded Rodgers as a designated post June 1st trade his dead cap hit is 30 million dollars spread over two seasons 15 Million for year 1 and 15 Million for year 2 the Packers would take!

Also Scott Fitterer said they had alot of agents reach out to them about the Job when talking about the attractiveness of it! Also said aot of names that have been out there said some of them were true some are not but wouldn't go into it!

I'm still not counting us our for Jim Harbaugh at all with how fluid and quickly things change in the NFL Coaching Carousel nothing is impossible! 

The history of promoting interim coaches to head coaches in the NFL is not the greatest

The Jonathan Jones article didn't even mention what the persistence from Harbaugh's side was about and didn't dive deep into it! 

Pretty much he didn't officially say or confirm he was coming back and didn't deny he talked to NFL teams about there openings this situation is still fluid for Jim and NFL teams wanting to pursue him!

Interim coach Steve Wilks has the team in position to win the NFC South if they can complete a sweep of the Bucs today -- a remarkable feat considering Carolina opened the season with a head coach who's now a Cornhusker, a quarterback who's now a Ram and a star running back who's now a 49er. After a 1-4 start under ex-head coach Matt Rhule, they're 5-5 under Wilks.

The turnaround has positioned Wilks, 53, as a strong candidate for the full-time job. He's well-regarded and liked within the building. However, Carolina still intends to go through a full search process that also includes other in-demand candidates. Owner David Tepper's top priorities have been solidifying the quarterback position and the offense, so expect the Panthers to interview all of the rising offensive gurus. If Wilks is going to get the job, he'll need to sell his plan for that side of the ball, too. Tepper also respects Wilks' leadership traits, which is a huge part of the job.

Key phrase here: "all of the rising offensive gurus".

We know that list includes Johnson and Steichen, but who else would fit that criteria?

Jim Harbaugh is the best candidate that the Panthers will meet with during there interviewing process with along with other candidates that have in mind!

If Jim Harbaugh is interested in the Panthers Job you make it happen ASAP! 

Thoughts and Prayers to Demar Hamlin hopefully can pull through and come out of this with a healthy recovery! 

1. Is Sam a longterm future franchise QB NO cause he still has his issues and will not push you over the top or elevate us or any team to a Super Bowl!

2. Is Sam a very short term bridge Qb or backup yes he is and would be ok if the Panthers resigned him to be in one of those roles here!

Fitty does deserve some blame but Rhule had all final say over all roster and personnel decisions! 

I think he will be one of the candidates but i want the Panthers to go through and have a very good interviewing process on other candidates like Dorsey, Steichen, Reich, Moore, Ryans!

Exactly! I just want the Panthers to stop playing the waiting game at some point and take a shot on the QB in the first round! Or give Corral a shot cause i would love to see what we have in him!

I like Ron but i never understand why the national sports media always seems to give Ron a pass alot of times? I mean the QB situation in Washington he wanted Carson Wentz!

I'd be ok with re-signing him to be a very short term bridge Qb option or even a backup but no way in he!! do you give him longterm franchise starting Qb money! I would love love to see what they have in Corral with this offense!

I'd be ok with resigning Darnold to be our backup QB
