Ok so youre just an old blind homer? Thats more red herring nonsense. Who cares how long youve been on this forum. Your hot take here is nonsense. Hes simply trash right now, and cant even find the WRs when they break open.

My man found a new word and euphemism. Red Herring. He must really like politics too. I call them orange pufferfish.

Can't wait to send the bears our #1 overall pick

I was hopeful as others. Even bought in to the Bryce hype. Thought he could turn us around and right the ship. But my gawd, was I wrong. Frank Reich looks like he has Alzheimer's and fuggin Bryce looks like he will fumble if you fart on him. Not to mention his receivers might as well be DBs with the amount of separation they get.

I said it last week and got flamed for it with the excuse of it being week 1. But in all seriousness, what week do we concern ourselves with what we are seeing if it doesn’t change?

What difference does it make being concerned. We cant field a competitive team. And I don't even see a nucleus that gives me hope at this point.

Sorry good catch. 6 Losing seasons straight and not one since tepper took over should be the proper language. Tepper didn't buy us until 2018 so he's attached from that point on. 2015 was our last winning season.

Sorry that I didn't bold and italics the following...

"The Luke and Cam Era level of success may not ever be witnessed in Charlotte again."

We have had 6 losing seasons straight under tepper and his guidance. Sorry but I don't necessarily feel optimistic that we are heading in the right direction. It almost feels like that era was our peak at times. But here's to hoping for more.

Those passing stats were an anomaly for Cam.   For all his faults, Chud's offensive scheme with the spread formation was good for Cam he would have broken all the passing records but probably wouldn't have won as many games.

Yeah that's fair, always thought Chuds offense was one of the better that we had during those years. The defense was really the problem at that time. Cam didn't light the world on fire but he did manage 2 tds a game and at least 250 total yards per game. Which was solid, with the ability to go off in games. He was inconsistent at times. I'm speaking more on his competitive nature, the ending of his career wasn't what it shouldve been though.

We never had back to back winning seasons I want better than that era

Yeah I mean that's fair enough. We definitely had the talent for Back to Back winning seasons. We did win the division back to back. But that's setting the bar low. Either way, we were very competitive in most games during their era and in most every game. Alot of losses fell on coaching.

    So not true.

So your telling me there were no doubts surrounding Cam? They all questioned whether or not he would be good in the pocket. No one questioned his ability to throw but more so the ability to scan and play from the pocket. What's not true about that?

    Remember Cam’s 1st game?

422 YDs and 3 TDs. The man came in being told by everyone he was just a physical specimen never really a true passer of the football.

I'm torn. The Luke and Cam Era level of success may not ever be witnessed in Charlotte again.

Ok so the Huddle doesn't agree with me on this and they never will, but I would have already traded Burns and Brown for high draft picks. I would use those picks to build an elite offense around Young. Only AFTER we had a high octane offense would I look to build up the defense. The defense would cheap, young, and scrappy until i had the time to start building on it. Offense first. That way you protect Young, and you make the games more fun to watch. Defense second. Rhule came in and drafted all defense, and brought in game managing QBs. You saw what happened. Not on my watch.

That's fair. But a well rounded team is what it will take to do anything worthwhile in this league. Unfortunately, you can't have one without the other and expect to be any good. Trading one of the two for picks definitely seems like something worth looking into though. But who knows, could end up with Jaycee Horn and never get more than 10 games. It's all a clusterfug
