You are ruining the fun man. Enough or you will be banned.

You're not a Mod. How is this fun to you? Watching your team get their asses kicked is fun?

Don't worry. I got the next game thread. Immaturity and weirdness from you has worked two games. Time for some new blood.

  2. Can't complain about the PP, when they literally ended the season 3 for 37 to end the year on the PP. If this is shocking to you, especially under Rod. You haven't been watching the Canes the past few years. Especially in the Playoffs when they've been awful on the PP for YEARS.

More than a goalie problem- look at this roster and their cap issues going forward. They have a lot of old guys under contract thru next season.... and they'll look every bit of their age. The youngest guys on the roster are 24....

I meant they have a goalie problem this year, I've known they'll have roster issues.

Many, many, many teams in our conference will have roster issues in the next 2-3 years. Have you seen Washington's? Their roster is up there with the Lakers roster from this year age wise. It's bad.

But Pastrnak still gets nothing for running over Raanta.

    https://www.cbssports.com/nhl/news/bruins-brad-marchand-derek-forbort-fined-5000-each-after-game-2-of-nhl-playoff-series-against-hurricanes/

The NHL fined Boston Bruins players Brad Marchand and Derek Forbort $5,000 each for incidents that occurred during Game 2 of their first-round playoff series against the Carolina Hurricanes, the league announced Thursday. Those $5,000 fines are the highest allowed under the NHL's collective bargaining agreement.

Marchand's incident occurred as he was heading to the goal with a little over two minutes left in the second period. The four-time All-Star had two defenders on him, but he managed to hit the puck past one of them and toward the goal. The shot attempt was saved by Hurricanes goaltender Pyotr Kochetkov, though.

After Kochetkov made the save, Marchand hit him on the chest with his stick and began skating toward the puck again. Kochetkov then made contact with Marchand, making him stop. They were both visibly upset, but an official got in between them before it escalated to much more. Both players received minor penalties for slashing.

The second incident occurred in the third quarter at the 2:53 mark. Forbort swung his stick and hit Carolina forward Teuvo Teravainen in the face while making a pass to defenseman Tony DeAngelo. Forbort then received a four-minute double-minor penalty for high-sticking.

Don't you know why? It's because Pasta is too big of a pussy to try to injure someone. According to Boston fans of course.

I mean they aren’t wrong… we got five games of data to go off of and my butt hole hasn’t been clenched in any of the third periods of those games… so yeah.

Usually I would say the Regular Season has nothing to do with the Playoffs (see Washington murdering us back in 2018-2019 RS and then we beat them in 7 games). But at this point, this seems to be trend.

That obvious slash on TT? Holy fug. TT is lucky he didn’t lose an eye there.

Side note: I actually think Marchand is just jealous and wants to be a hurricane right now.

Ref that was on ESPN said that guy could get suspended for that. It was just that bad.

There is a very real danger to the current situation. A veteran, older hockey team getting their collective asses handed to them and they've lost their cool. The Canes are in their heads and the Bs cannot compete on the same level, so they resort to Danbury Trashers-level sh!t that will get someone hurt more seriously than Raanta.

I hope the refs take a good, long look at both games and realize they need to get things under control before tomorrow.

Messier said this on the cast last night. Said Boston has fallen a part. Which is true.

If he's fully healthy? I roll Anderson in round two.... if he's ready Agaist Boston I have him back up Kochetkov.... and if Kochetkov continues to elevate his play I rethink that and roll with him....

This series is so physical I hope we close it in 4/5 to rest up, Even though there are no gimmies in the NHL a healthy canes squad that is able to recuperate from the physicality of this series outclass the Ranger/Penguins and its not close.

Man my butt hole puckered with the thought of Lafontaine coming in for Koochie last night. I was like my Lord that would've been an epic disaster.
