This isn't about fair because that is a simplified concept for children before they learn how complicated reality really is. He should have earned the right to a new job next year and that is a massive upgrade for him over last year.

a 2 year deal is nothing its a prove it deal.he gets an off season to get the people in he wants and see how he does.

Wilks deserve a shot at HC with his own staff and an off season that will help him build the team how he wants it. A 2 year deal is fine and gives Wilks plenty of time to build the team how he wants it and we can move on if it don't work out.

Too be honest I feel better about us beating Detroit now I was worried that would be our let down game now I think we bounce back and beat them. I still think bengals will crush the bucs and we will still control our destiny.

Like I said it could have been worse was was out played and bullied in the 1st half and only down 7. Time for Wilks to make adjustments and take this game over.

steelers has control this game and to be only up by 7 could haunt them.
