Lol. It’s 2023. Dudes paint their fingernails and there’s nothing wrong with it. Hot take 101.
The painting of the nails is weird and I don't care for it but people are entitled to their choices on their own person. The issue I had was painting " fug UTAH" and not being able to beat them.

"I'm not finna..." Hearing this is ebonics for "man fug this poo y'all caught me red handed so it is what it is"
I know being a "test taker" vs a football player is a conversation that could have plenty of outcomes, but if you're saying studying and then putting your learnings to good use is not in your wheel house, then I'm good on taking a chance on you young man. Sad that he had to get defensive and try to downplay preparation.

Chase Young is a few years away from being a bigger disappointment than Clowney. I had a feeling the kid wouldn't be as good as advertised. 3 generational talents on the DL at OSU in a 3 year span, naw can't see it, someone was bound to not translate.

You been hating on me for a while. Im not the only poster who calls out trash threads.
Once again you follow me into a thread and question me but nobody else.
So you telling me what I can't do but accusing me of the same thing.smh
It's all love bro. Im just joking around most of the time. Don't take it personally.
@PantherOnTheProwl1523 hates anyone who likes BY. I have noticed this consistently. He's a funny little guy tbh.

Haven't seen enough of Maye to make this conclusion but it would be a difficult choice. I need to see how Caleb Williams matures. Last year the stunt with the painting of the finger nails and losing twice to Utah really made me think twice about how his charter make up is reminiscent of OBJ. They lost to Tulane in the bowl game and that was honestly surprising with all the top tier talent USC had last year. Year he puts up video game numbers but it feels like it's inflated byt the offense and opponents they play.
-
Now them bringing in JSN, Darnell Washington and Joey Porter Jr. makes sense. They are looking at high quality talent that may slip and are ready to pounce. If they can move up to get some really blue chip talent I will be elated. Even if we move down and fill more holes then day 3 wont be as much of a bummer to see a lot of potential scooped up and us hoping for a gem to fall to UDFA.

Every teams' top 45 players are different. If pick 39 rolls around and there are still 8-10 guys left, I hope he moves back a little.
A draft class of 6 would be ideal considering who is already on the roster this year.
The key is don't fall in love with one particular guy. Trade back in the second enough to get a 2024 3rd.
You get it. If there's multiple options there at 39 a slight move back wont hurt, but if there is a consensus top guy that wasn't expected there you jump on it. I would still like to pick again before 93 or after 145 which is seen as best for what positions and values are available.

I just hope a sexy prospect drops and is there at #39 either we like and jump on or someone else likes enough to give us a decent bounty to move back no more than 12-15 spots.
-
I feel this year we need to accumulate more picks to fill a lot more needs and depth so I can see us moving out of 39 or even a 5th to get some more late pick. What do you guys think?

Ok Ivory Panther or should I call you Briceyung because you sound exactly like those 2 clowns.
Is this an alt assumptive attack? Those are always fun. I saw them get lured into getting themselves banned, pretty funny stuff. I unfortunately am not that fun. Thanks for trying though!

All the reasoning behind the BY hate is honestly pretty sad. The he's short jokes coming from dudes near or under the same height, I know a lot of you wish you were 6ft also and capable of half of what this kid can do. Napoleon complex is a sad thing that isn't really acknowledged as a mental disorder but the "size bros" as some put it are really looking pathetic by deferring to "their concern for his durability".

The pic is changing after the draft. I used it because of the nonsense floating about him and the Vegas books giving people the notion he may be the pick. I'm all in Bryce hence the username BYOB (Bryce Young or Bust), but it's cool call me a clown if you choose you. I see how much you have looked foolish on this forum for a while now and wont allow myself to get worked up by a person like you.

The irony behind Rodgers following in Favre's footsteps again is pretty funny. He will most liekly have more success than BF and more than likely keep his meat in his levis. I just hope that for FF sake he feet Garret Wilson and they use Breece Hall like Aaron Jones, because my dynasty league needs them to be great.

The Rhule era brought us here to this opportunity today. The Rivera era brought us to a SB unprepared. Idk who frustrated me more at this point but I will say Rivera was more annoying to look at after a clearly bad decision, Rhule had a more punchable face. Some days I dislike one more than the other but at this point outside of Fox all of them can go fug themselves tbh. Hopefully Reich can be the guy that gets us over the hump.

Guys could also go to training camp and take photos and video without rhule freaking out. That's why I started following this board in the first place, Igo's camp photos and write ups. I didn't actually start posting til covid boredom
I used to be on an inferior site and Black and Blue Review until I came across the Huddle. I was lurking for years. I got semi active on Reddit but honestly it's mostly who can get the most up votes there than actual conversation. Decided to create and start posting here just because it's exciting to have #1 overall and another shot at a franchise altering QB. Thursday cant come soon enough!

Yea I used to really like that site. The good days when the media was less inclined to push drama and non football relate conversations.

Duce Staley likes having a tools bases backfield. Miles Sanders will 100% be our 3 down rb, Chuba will back him up, we still need a true power back. Honestly, not a very important position in todays age and can be found with a vet minimum. Or honestly, we could use Laviska Shenault in the backfield, at his size of 220 he would be our heaviest back.
We brought in Kendra Miller for a reason. He will be there in the 4th or 5th. He looked great in limited action against Michigan after missing time from a MCL. I feel he is pretty underrated for how well he fills a role. Sean Tucker is my preference but we will see how the cookies crumble later on in day 3.

I hope everyone that is in denial about Young pays the guy respect when he helps transform this franchise into a perennial winner. Instead of being hopeful too many people are hoping he fails just to say "I told you so". Are you not tire of being inconsistent? I am. All I know is people have been praising him for quite a while and his size being the only concern since there is no easy comparison to make a historical assumption of his projection. The guy is good and he will be great with us! Have faith.

All I'm predicting is 2 trades and only 3 QB's draft in the top 10.

OP is right and the posters trying to dissuade other's from believing that there are a lot of ignorance surrounding drafting Young are purely gaslighting. Who cares who we draft tbh as long as they are going to attempt to make the team better. Some people just have to tell everyone indirectly their poo doesn't stink and their opinion is god's gift to man.

We have limited draft capital, wasting a pick on a niche role is a wast of draft capital. Cost vs value? What are you even referencing, due to the abundance of quality backs these older vet power Rbs are cheap and affordable. Look at our Donta Foreman signing last season and Mike Davis in years past. Give me that all day, would rather draft a developmental guy in true areas of need then draft our RB 3.
The cost of signing another FA RB is not a value vs drafting late or UDFA. Spending a few million in hopes of them working out is not as smart as taking a cheaper flier and giving them time to develop and get work behind other already costly and or solid RBs on the roster.
