  1. So let get this straight: I've heard one and only one criticism of Shaq: he's has bad instincts. Let's assume this is the case. Is that it? Anything else?

We're picking 25 not 1. We won't have the perfect player. They're gonna have flaws. And it seems to me that he only has one, and not everyone agrees that he even has bad instincts.

His biggest "flaw" is that he sticks to blocks too often in the run game. An NFL strength and conditioning program and some technique work should remedy this fairly quickly.

  2. Don't worry guys, we'll just skip over 2014 for you, no need to worry about the other outstanding receivers that have shown more than just one year's production.

DGB couldn't help that the NCAA is archaic. Hard to hold lack of play in 2014 against him.

  3. This suggests you have no idea how pro scouts evaluate college talent.

    This is just factually incorrect.

Not really. He's got the best skill set of any WR. By far. He also has the most baggage, which is why he will be Drafted much lower than his skill set warrants.

  4. Can we just get everyone's opinion on what they think DGB will be?  We all know we aren't drafting him.  So lets just get opinions on what he will be instead of having this moronic barter on if teams will pick him or not.  Or where he will get drafted.

Mix between Brandon Marshall with Demaryius' explosiveness. Don't think he even becomes Megatron, but will still be pretty sick.

  5. Precisely why it'd be idiotic to take him in the first round. He hasn't produced enough to be a top pick AND his off-the-field issues are cause for concern.

When he's been on the field, he's produced. He's absolutely worth a top fifteen pick if you take the off the field out of it. Problem is, you can't.

  6. No one is taking DGB in the first round. Not even The Raiders, Browns and Bengals are stupid enough to do it, especially after Domestic Violence '14. Then there's the fact that he didn't play AT ALL for The Sooners. So, in total, DGB hasn't played football in 1.7 years since being dismissed from the Mizzou program.

    Use common sense guys.

Dorial Green-Beckham was never going to play in 2014. It's not like this came as a shock because of something the kid did....

  7. Looks like Wenger kept trying to take Barca and Madrid midfielders every year. If Madrid signs Reus, they will sale someone. Wenger will be waiting.

If they sign Reus it's because they're selling Bale or Ronaldo. They're not going to sell the future of Spanish football. Fans would go ape poo.

  8. Did you even watch Watkins at Clemson? His route running and explosiveness was second to none, Beckham was no where near the finished product Watkins was.

Watkins was the bills number 1 since training camp, he had no Cruz to take pressure off him. And Eli did force feed him he led all rookie if not all receivers period in targets per game, he almost led the league in interceptions when targeted.

And yes Eli is a probowl QB, whose a 2 time SB MVP. Have you taken a look at all the receivers that leave Eli?

    They basically become irrelevant.

It's nice to be captain hindsight huh?

Unless you got out in front of hindsight and said OBJ was a better prospect long before either was drafted, sure.

  9. I expect Ronaldo to be shipped to Manchester United this summer.

Manchester United about to sell Van Persie and Di Maria and they will not renew Falcao loan. They need attackers bad. Their fans are pissed so they will look to please fans like they did last year.

I would honestly be alright with this, but I expect Bale to be the odd man out.

  10. I highly doubt there was a team in the draft that had OBJ rated higher than Watkins or Evans, they were considered league wide as the top two guys. OBJ was obviously a top 15 player, but Watkins and Evans were rated in the top 10 on most boards. No one could have possibly predicted that Randy Moss poo he pulled.

Eh....you say that, but I remember a lot of people who watch tape having OBJ the #1 WR by the end.
