  1. Real Madrid have added 17 year old Uruguayan M/F Federico Valverde to an impressive crop of youth signings this year. They've now added Valverde, Mink Peeters, Martin Odegaard and Marco Asensio all in the last six months. Odegaard made his Senior team debut yesterday, completing all 17 of his attempted passes, and creating a scoring chance.

  2. Looks like Wenger will bid for Karim Benzema in a month or two.  He desperately in need of a quality striker with some speed.  Giroud is not a starting material and Welbeck is a winger.  Apparently Liverpool might try to get him as well.  I only see this happening if Madrid signs star striker.  Any info on that C?

Rumors that Perez will go all in for Aguero if they miss out on Pogba, but other than that haven't heard all that much. They could always move Ronaldo up though since he's more of a penalty box player now anyway.

Also, the word is that Arsenal wants Iker, but doesn't want to pay a transfer fee since they know that Real can't keep him with De Gea there. They want Real to release Iker, but Iker doesn't want to go unless he gets all the $ remaining on his contract.

  3. Rumor is... if Bale available for sale, Chelsea will bid the highest.  It would def be an upgrade over Oscar.

I think they'll definitely entertain offers, but I don't believe any club is going to pay them enough to actually sell him. Clubs thinking they can get him for a bargin are nuts imo. He's still one of Flo's Gallacticos.

  4. There were rumors that Dani Carvajal wanted out due to the Danilo signing, but this quote from today seems to crush those:

"The signing of Danilo is good. It’s normal that we compete with the best in the world. I will be with him next year and I will compete with him and we will try to play as much as possible. A few days ago I read an article that [said that] I want to go. Far from it. This is my home and I am going to give it all for this [club] badge."

  5. So the big bad "I'm friends with Zod" bully is throwing his weight around and saying "I don't care if I'm a douche, pal, I'm the king around here, you get it?"

And that's supposed to make anyone want to be friends with you or view you in a positive light?

We just don't want our transfer thread spammed with BS. That's all. Not much to ask.

  6. I'm sorry, this sounds dickish...

See, people on this forum been posting together for few years now... like, the same group of people.  We know each other teams and we always have good discussions.  We worked hard to get our own forum...  You showed up like a week ago and act like you know your poo but in reality we don't even know your team, you spam the poo out of this forum with around 30 posts per day.... and we don't even know who you are.... might want to start by introducing yourself.

    Arsenal sucks....

  7. What's wrong with PSG? They spent money on players and now they are a great club.

You have to sell to offset what you buy. It's called Financial Fair Play.

Keep posting poo sources on Bale leaving though. I'll be concerned once there's a legitimate paper or site reporting it.

  8. Wait so the players who out produces him weren't?

All I want is someone to say what the differentiating factor was between odell and those other players who performed better than him. This isn't about worthiness, it's about reasoning.

Please do be so kind as to take the courageous step of what that differentiating factor was rather than turning tail and hiding from it as the others have.

He played 12 games last year and finished 9th/10th/4th/1st in Receptions/Yards/Receiving Touchdowns/Receiving Yards Per Game.

    Stop being dense....

  9. Yea, I wasn't calling you out or anything. Just adding my opinions.

Hel, I think it was the Telelgraph that said Liverpool were in for Pirlo lol.

It's silly season for sure. The only thing I'm counting on is Khedira being gone and Danilo playing for RM next year. I have beliefs about other players, but those are the only things I'm sure of.

  10. I do not think it is totally out of the realm of possibility that Gareth Bale makes the switch to Man U. If Man U can get PSG to pay for Di Maria, clear Falcao's wages, and ship Van Persie out, there will be more than enough room on the attack to fit Bale. Manchester United knows that the only reason they made Top 4 is because Liverpool fuged away the last part of the season. They can't risk that again next season.

United, while they do carry a ton of debt, are still able to pass FFP and make these sorts of transfers because of the way they structure their debt and carry a large percentage outside of the club. Their kit deal alone would be enough to pay for the Bale transfer.

Personally, I don't think it will take £85m to pull Bale away from The Bernabeu. Real Madrid are no strangers to squad retooling. They have had, by their standards, a disappointing season. It looks like they won't win any trophies this year. If they want a scapegoat, they have created it with Bale. If they ask £85m, they'll probably be told to fug off. Bale is NOT worth more than Luis Suarez. The only club he'd be worth more to is Real Madrid, and they already paid too much. Can't sell to themselves.

Personally, I don't really think Bale will be sold. I'm just saying that completely ruling it out is probably irresponsible.

I'm not completely ruling it out. Even said it wouldn't shock me. Just saying the source isn't the most reputable in the world of transfer news.

  11. Bale will not decide his future, he's under contract for 4 more years and RM paid $100m for him. They will not sell him for anything less than $85m.

It's up to RM, not Bale.

Bingo. And I seriously doubt anyone is going to pay 85m for Bale when he had a "down year". Even though the only thing that made it a "down year" was the games he scored goals in compared to the ones he didn't.

  12. you posted an SB Nation article as a "reputable source?" SB Nation is a few guys like us running a blog that follows their teams. As for Bale's agent, he trashed Real Madrid saying they aren't getting him the ball enough, which further supports the very rational theory that Bale and his agent want Bale back in the UK at a major club, and it doesn't get bigger than Man U.

It's a quote from his agent that is sourced from elsewhere. Not to mention the author is a Journalist who also does work for beIN. Reading is key.

  13. If you're going to post news, at least use a reputable source. Express is poo.

EDIT: Bale's agent has said he "believes he'll be at Madrid next season". Would it shock me if he's gone? No. Do I expect him to be in Madrid next season? Yes, I don't think Bale is going to quit his "dream club" that easily, no matter what ignorant fans have called him.

  14. Hmm. It was Sky who reported they aren't interested. Only clubs with contact so far are City, Barca, and PSG.

Would be pretty surprised. Perez met with his agent last week ahead of the CL game in the RM hotel in Turin. I get the feeling Perez wants to deliver De Gea and Pogba this Summer, fill out the depth with some other signings (Danilo already done etc) and then ride out the rumored Winter transfer window ban.
