  1. i've been sporadic. not been able to play hoops every week and cardio is random week to week.

     

    my symetry is good as far as upper lower goes but would like to drop about 5-15 lbs.

     

    since i have been working this odd 4 10 hour days my timing is off. finally going to start doing cardio early Wed am's and then load up on my long wkds with other things. Bought a mountain bike over the wkd so thats going to be cool to do.

     

    if i get to 180 i may just become Magic Mike.  :lol:

  2. A few things I'm doing this year.

    Totally NO fast food at all.

    Gym 2 x a week and dvd's at home 3.

    As much as I loathe it I'm going to run at least once a week. Up it from there as time goes on.

    Rotate between soccer, basketball and either riding a bike or rock climbing or paddle board each wkd to keep from getting bored and meeting new people.

    Trying to keep my goals simple and fun.

  3. just some cardio during the week. been bored actually. oh and since my wife had foot surgery over a month ago im like doing tons more around the casa so maybe it's a good thing for now. lol

    hopefully im buying a bike this wkd and change things up some.

  4. something i did years ago was have various workouts written on a slip of paper. put in a jar or hat and each day pick one and whatever it was i had to do it. even had a wild card one that would say push a wheelbarrow or climb a ladder or something random.
