Not real excited. I expect the other team to win, which kind of keeps the excitement hormones under control.

Get a life....  Monday night game.... against division rival.... with our 1st pick QB..... and you are NOT excited....  you absolutely need to get yourself checked out!!

Every game is a new learning experience for him. The coaches have enough trust ln him to put alot of things in the game plan, no huddle etc.

Every game will be another step up the ladder and he will be one step closer to being an NFL QB. Rome wasn't build in a day and to become an NFL QB isn't going to happen with one game.

I just watched Dan Marinos first game as a pro and he threw 2 picks and they lost the game. I think Marino turned out OK. If Bryce can become half the QB Marino was....I will be happy.

but, but, but..... did DM ever win a SB ? 😁

I'm ok with signing Carr as a veteran, as long as we set our sites on a young QB high in the draft this year or next.  I think Carr gives us the luxury of deferring our young QB acquisition until next year, whereas right now it needs to be sooner rather than later.

If you sign a "better" QB at this point, chances that you will get in position to pick a good young QB in next year's draft are slim.  You can't have it both ways.

Getting a QB early is teams that dont really have good talent around them. Trevor Lawrence is a good example. Went first to a horrible team. Usually when you are drafted lower you go to a team that is already decent or good. The weapons are already there. Purdy went to the 49ers as a sixth and looks better than rookie QBs in the same class. But if you put Kenny Pickett in for Purdy, the results would be the same or better. If you put Purdy on the Steelers it would be horrendous. It's about the pieces that are around, not necessarily the QB. A construction man can only build something when he has tools.

    sobered up yet?

Burns is still our best pass rusher and one of the leaders on Defense.

We need help at both LB and Edge. Not only is there no competent threat across from him there's literally no depth to spell him or wear out the o-line.

It's so weird how you guys think causing MORE roster problems will suddenly fix the roster problems we had but you know, again, post lost reactionary huddle takes are the funniest.

One of the few good posts here, most others appear alcohol-induced nonsensical blurbs....

Sooooo this inept franchise has wasted generational talent in cam, Luke, and now cmc…who’s next to die with the modern browns? Horn? Brown? Maybe our first overall?

I can hardly contain myself waiting to find out.

Each of those players has/had serious injury issues and concerns.  With a healthy Cam, a Luke without concussions, and a CMC without his injury issues, things would have been different. CMC might "still" be in his prime.... but for how long?  I am sick of the "wasted generational talent" stuff.  We reached a Superbowl with Cam and Luke... we had a 15-1 season in 2015. We all know why and how we lost (no reason to bring that up again).....

Being really good at one particular thing (like making money) doesn't guarantee you're good at everything.

And a quick look at the NFL, including the Panthers, would tell you pretty clearly it sure as hell doesn't guarantee you know anything about football.
