So the lunk alarm goes off when people sit on machines? How the hell do any of the machine warriors keep their membership at Planet Fatness. Do they have an exception on pizza day?

That reminds me, Monday is PIZZA DAY!

Yeah, I mean I get what he was doing... and some people workout that way, it's fine... but poo... there's like 200 people in there.  You can't leave your stuff on a machine and walk away for 10 minutes and expect it to be open when you come back...

 

I'm really surprised I haven't seen actual fights in there... so many alpha males.

Yeah I'm a little concerned that it has me doing the 100 in just over two weeks from now.  I'm just startng week 5 of the program and this is what the last workout looked like.

I go to Planet Fitness simply because it's cheap and three minutes from my house.  For $10 a month I can do without deadlift.

 

 

It does get crowded around the free weights on week nights and the "lunk alarm" is the dumbest thing ever, but it's not a big issue. 

 

I also work out with a personal trainer once a week so PF is sort of like a supplement to keep me busy between those butt-kicking sessions.

I think the majority of people that do it are just ignorant.  Probably the same type of people that don't turn right at a red light.

What is the deal with people walking up to the dumbbell rack, picking up their dumbbell and doing their set right in front of the rack?

 

 

Is it just me or is that rude as poo?  Other people are trying to use those dumbbells without waiting for you to squeeze out 9 arnold presses.

I could never get into Halo.  Lord knows I tried.

 

I guess after playing the somewhat realistic Call of Duty it was hard to switch to fighting aliens with green blood and plasma cannons.

Not a chance that Beason's number gets retired. He did not do enough to come close to warranting that honor.

Will always be a fan favorite though, and one of the "if only he hadn't gotten injured" type players.
