The main reason I wanted Rhule gone. If we had a new HC, I could see Fitt being patient and taking the LT. Stroud or Young are so enticing next year. Instead, I worry a lame duck head coach forces a hand into taking someone who may not be the guy. 
Perfect world, we take one of the top 3 LT, throw Darnold out there, and get set for a new regime in 2023. 

So 5 more a year than Donte.

No. He's not the same guy anymore. Farewell tour was awesome last year, and it is a team sport.....but he did not look good and went winless. I don't hate Mariota tbh. Get your guy in 2023. Take a LT and if the top 3 are gone, take KT or Hamilton. 

Hoping this is his last year. Ready for us to pounce with either a sophomore or rookie QB and a talented roster and a new coach.
