Realistically, Brown would be a terrific fourth WR. I am not sure that he has the body to take 16 games of NFL pounding.

He needs to build more muscle and be less fragile...it would also really help us and him if he could learn to be a punt returner and catch the dam ball.. Right now he will always be in jeopardy of losing his roster spot..... because I don't see him being better than a 3rd Wr.... If he can get his act together as a punt returner... Would love to see Torrey Smith with the Panthers. Won't break the bank and is a solid #2 with some deep speed. Then draft a speedy WR who can return punts to compete with Philly for the slot role, Cotchery on the bench for depth, cut Bersin, and we're set.

As for tackle...that's going to be a tough fix. We might be playing a rookie there next season or worse, re-signing Bell because we can't afford anyone better and no one worthwhile falls to us in the draft.

I'd be shocked if the Ravens let Smith walk, that's the thing too, most of the good ones aren't let go. Its only when they are cap strapped and can't afford it. DeShaun Jackson last year would have been perfect.
