It's because Fitt is a "yes man." He was willing to let Rhule and Tepper make all of the decisions. A glorified assistant that they call GM. 

It doesn't matter what happens with Fitt because Tepper will continue to meddle.

Bryce Young also deserves some pie. He played well today. I've been a critic, but his lack of help was on full display all day today. 

Brown must've found the 5% of Reich's playbook that isn't just different variations of screen plays. 

Bryce is looking like a legit QB today. 

He didn't get flagged on that overthrown pass. That's a positive.
