Please watch other football games and see how open WRs are due to talent/skill. There hasn’t been a lot of places to go with the football.
DJ Chark is a former probowl receiver, Theilen is old but a vet route runner.
These guys didn't just forget how to play.
Maybe it's the play design but something is not clicking.

he has 3 turnovers in 2 games and took 2 bad sacks last night while missing numerous throws, thats not mistake free football my brother
4 turnovers.
2 picks vs Atlanta
2 sack fumbles vs Saints.
Gotta clean that up our margin of error is already small. Multiple turnovers a game and we have no chance.

You’re right 6 games. Still nothing to write home about. Cam was 1 of 1. Bryce is a different type of player. He’s not going to takeover games the way Cam did.
Cam rookie campaign was something to write home about. But that's neither here or there.
I think Byrce Young is going to be a good Qb, I wish it was sooner than later because we have a defense and division that we can contend with now.
Maybe that's not fair, but the boneheaded moves this franchise has made the past few seasons is frustrating.
He's a rookie but him and the coaching staff has to show something on tape as to why we pulled the trigger, the other young guns like Stroud and Richardson despite his injuries are starting to assert themselves in this league in just a few games.

And you know that two games in huh?
Tua, Allen, Trevor, all had bad first seasons and Pat didn’t even start his first season. We won 4 games Cam’s rookie year, but two games in you’re calling a kid a bust. Man I’d love to see you in your professional life.We won 6 games Cam's rookie season.
And few more went down to the wire. The Panthers had a putrid defense that season also.
Not giving up on the kid at all. More concerned about Frank Reich's play calling.

Trade Burns for what so our defense can start to suck just as bad as our offense.
All so the braintrust can hope to find another Burns in the draft?

Yes, it’s very alarming. The Texans top to bottom are a worse overall team and drafted the other QB. That QB has been markedly better in an overall worse situation.
Anyone trying to sugar coat that is being delusional.
Exactly the Texans had the #2 pick in the draft because they were that bad.
The Panthers had to trade up to get to that spot.
Stroud threw for more yards in one game than the Panthers have in both games. Frank and crew are running out of excuses, of why this offense is so putrid.
I can live with the highs and lows of a rookie, but I've not seen much highs yet.

I understand the frustration on both sides.
Young is only 2 games into his career you gotta take the lumps as he matures into the position.
At the same time we're in a division that's for the taking and our defense is ready to win now.
We're not in a division with a Kansas City or Philadelphia Eagles
You have Desmond Ridder, Baker Mayfield, Derek Carr all sitting at 2-0.
The Panthers with just semblance of offense could be in that spot.

Yep it's these half-hearted resets/rebuilds that are killing me. Ownership/management keep being fooled that we're just a few pieces away. Stuck in this awful cycle.
I disagree you don't need a fulll rebuild in the NFL, teams turn it around all the time in one season. What you need is to be able to identify talent in FA and draft well.
What was the point of bringing in a player like Hasaan Reddick to ball out for one year if you weren't going to sign him long term, at a premium position none the less.
We gave up draft capital for players like Henderson, and ultimately sold the farm for Young if you get things like that wrong you set your franchise back.

Prayers for Shaq.
In previous season this would have been devastating to lose Shaq, but I've been really impressed with Hill going back into the preseason and he stepped in and the Panthers defense didn't miss a beat.
Also with Deion Jones I think they have great depth at the inside LB position.

I was on the AR train early.
But upon further review watching the highlights of Byrce Young vs Georgia, Anthony Richardson vs Georgia, and CJ Stroud vs Georgia.
Stroud stood out the most to me as far as command of the offense, and being accurate with the football.
I'm intrigued by the potential of Richardson. But man you have to get it right with #1 pick
If we're reminiscing, just saying.

Could have kept DJ Moore, resigned Cam, and possibly taken AR. Resign Foreman and would be rolling right now.
Resigned Cam for what lol

Just an FYI, but Olave beat him for a TD but Woods saved him. Olave was also ridiculously open when Carr missed him by a mile before half.
I thought think that was Jackson on him on that route.

Only difference is Young is comfortable around black athletes at least.
Lol what?

It's time for Dalton man if this dont improve.
We wasting a great defense.
Mahomes sat for a year.

You guys would have hated Deion.
Donte has been locking receivers down, let's hope he continues to be the man in that department.

the no reason part
I can give you at least 5 for starters
We can do that with every game with every team.
At the end the day this Saints isn't a juggernaut.
Their Oline struggled mightily last week and I think the Falcons have a better Oline and the Panthers Dline had their way with the Falcons.
You think Derek Carr makes them that much better than last season?

There's no reason the Panthers shouldn't be competitive with the Saints or flat out win this game.
Unless Young is really struggling to adjust to the pro game. This isn't the Sean Payton, Drew Brees, Saints: this is Derek Carr with some decent weapons and no Alvin Kamara.
Bryce has his best weapon back at WR that should open some things up, for all the talk about the Falcons heralded rushing attack, we outrushed them last week. I think the Panthers make a statement tonight and shut the Saints down.
24-10 Panthers.

Commanders' D just getting dominated on the Broncos' 1st drive. They're doing whatever they want.
Payton has always owned Rivera's defense.

The Falcons are very lucky to be 2-0 in these first 2 games.
You can say they've been outplayed the majority of both games.

He was never going to win the job and that should’ve been communicated to him as we were mindful of protecting our long term assets rather than pretending to interview
now the bill has predictably come due
also lol at the notion that Steve Wilks should be commended for putting his own career aspirations above the good health of his players
We were a Tampa bay win away from making the playoffs.
How were those games meaningless?

I mean without viable proof I can suspect anything.
It could be Horn, it could be Horn little brother if he has one, a cousin, or a rabid gamecock fan.
We can't prove it one way or the other so why go on about it.

Well sit Mingo down then and give Shenault or the kid we got from KC a chance.
Throwing for 150 yards a game aint cutting it.
