Last night, however, was a straight up party and probably the most fun I’ve ever had at a sports game. The score and having my kids with me had something to do with it, but last night was just down right awesome.

I know it’s not our game, but Id love to see someone go off on the next Islander that sits on one of player’s while they’re down. Matinook took cheap shots to the head in game 1, and Jordo was used as a picnic blanket in game 2. That crap’s gotta stop. But I guess I could settle for just another win, haha.

Sounds like the arena could see some changes as early as next year, with bigger changes being completed in 3-4 years.

What updates/upgrades would you like to see at PNC. I like the idea of removing stairwells to make things more open.

I still hate the affiliation change, but an outdoor game in Charlotte is pretty cool considering its never been done before. 

Like I said in another post, I haven’t been to a Checkers game since the affiliation change, but this one may be a fun one. The Queen City Winter Classic in January of ‘24 at Truist Field.

Live in the Charlotte area and I haven’t been to a Checkers game since the affiliation change.  Would love to have the Canes back here.
