I didnt realize he still stayed in the area, and definitely didn't know his son was playing at GT. I'll have to check him out.
But I loved me some Mad Max growing up. He was so underrated... but man, if you've never seen his poo talk to Jazz fans, you have to check it out. It's hilarious.
Apparently, he is still on Twitter still roasting people.

This will be all over the talk shows tmrw, will be very surprising if they trot him out there. If I were them I'd sign a former Gastonia High punter to play the game before letting him see the field
Speaking of Kickers.. one too look out for is Brandon Dickerson of Western Carolina.. he is stout player. -

First and foremost, it is and will remain private property. Therefore, any issues the city has with respect to zoning, ordinance or nuisance violations have to be addressed with a legal notice.
At some point, the city could view this as an eyesore which is having an adverse effect upon property values (which is a fairly catch-all and generic, but often used phrase, in municipal, county and state ordinances and statutes). They can then demand the property owner take action to mitigate the violation and, if there is no compliance, the city could, theoretically, demolish the place.
Not that any of this will happen, but, by the book, that's how it works.
Oh, I am not saying it wont be private property, I was just under the impression that there is not many ordinances if it is considered commercial.

I know business property owners in my city who have a different LLC for each property they own, thereby protecting all their other properties if one tanks.
Matter of fact I was doing some title work yesterday for a local commercial building owner who has 6 buildings downtown, and for each of them the property owner is the address LLC, for example, "123 Main St., LLC." There's no limit to the number of LLCs you can create and they're all separate entities.
Yep, Ryan Newman owns property near me and it is listed as RKN Farms LLC, RKN Farms II LLC and RKN Properties LLC. It is the same as Dale Jr. Owning property listed as RDEJ REVOC TR, RDEJ Restated 2005 REVOC TR, and his sister owning the property around his ( they both use it) Dirty Mo Acres LLC, and Dirty Moe Acres LLC. I can give many examples... but you get it. This was more for the people who didn't know this information.

Hi there, I'm the code enforcement administrator for a mid-size municipality here in NC. Every city and town in the state has a set of local ordinances that regulate everything from grass height to noise ordinances to public nuisances to parking to nuisance vehicles. It's called zoning, planning, code enforcement, etc.
I'm the guy responsible for ensuring the proper legal notices are issued and nuisance abatement by our contractors is done properly and providing all the information to the accounting folks so they can properly bill the property owner. I have 5 inspectors who each have an assigned area within the city and they issue notices on a daily basis for this kind of crap.
would the zoning for this building be considered Commerical? It is listed as MP-C
Master Planned Commercial (MP‐C): The purpose of the MP‐C district is to provide mixed‐use retail and office development, with limited moderate and higher‐density residential uses integrated into the development above street levels and as separate stand‐alone uses. Rezonings to MP‐C districts must be at least 10 acres unless City Council reduces the minimum size during the rezoning process.
Would that not allow it just to stay where it is, and not have to be torn down?

Trying not to suck and not sucking are 2 separate things. He doesn’t know what he’s doing and the results are clear.
Our branding seems to be better..

I don't see the hate in Tepper, sure has our team sucked, certainly. However, I have seen him actually try to improve and make a difference.. Ie.. we don't have to practice in a ball room anymore. He seems to be investing into the team.. is that for profits and glory, or to actually care? who knows.

Dangit! One more team and he would have been tied with Josh McCown (10) for playing for the most teams ( excluding practice squad) Brian Hoyer was close as he played for 8 different teams ( New England 3 Separate Times)
The QB that has been on the most teams ( excluding practice Squad ) and not necessarily played is Josh Johnson, who is currently playing for his 12th team. Not sure if many of his teams count because he didn't play a snap, or activated in the game and spent less than 3- 4 months on many of the teams.

170 million is around 1% of his net worth. to put that into consideration, tons of people on this board are probably spending 15-20% of their net worth annually on an oversized truck they have no need for (that was purchased because they're insecure and decided to buy a personality) and would HAPPILY walk away from if they could.
sunk cost is a thing too
Yes, its is only 1% but you know how rich people are with money, losing $100 is a big deal.

Do you guys really think Tepper is just going to let 170 Million rot away and sit? He is smarter than that. What else could this place become if not the Panthers HQ? Sports complex for the public? Wouldnt Rock Hill have to pay Tepper for that?

Don't be so sure about that.....keep in mind that PJ isn't an NFL caliber player and has been toted around on our roster for almost 2 seasons now.
The smart move would be to bring in veteran help but the smart move would have also been to have done it before the season even started.
of course, but if our coaching staff seriously goes into the game next week with PJ and Morgan.. I will question the coaching staff

I don't know if it is our coaching, or scheming, or what. PJ Walker, Bridgewater and Baker Mayfield both have done better with other teams, than ours.
