We are shut out of the first day, small potatoes. No one is talking to or about us.
Bet we hear a lot overnight and all day Friday.
Pretty much this. Not much to leak when you don’t pick until 33.

He's just not a fit with Bryce. His strength is going deep. Bryce's biggest weakness is the deep ball.
We will see once he has blocking

Don’t like the white/black. Love the blue/white and black/silver. They all look pretty good when we win.

This place is going to become a ghost town if every thread turns into this crap.

Year before last when we got hot and almost made the playoffs was fun. Before that, 2018?

Either way, we will come away with 2 very good players at 33 & 39.

I think teams who pass on him will regret it.

I bet Diggs thrives in Houston. I understand there was a needed change in scenery.

Well, you can’t teach that nimbleness of feet. A rare trait. UDFA and I’m willing to see how it goes.
for the record, I thought Russell Wilson would bust, so what do I know.

I’m a State fan, but it seems far fetched. He has great footwork, but it would take year to get him caught up.

Would be a cool story!

Get well soon Mr Scot! Prayers

This is what I keep saying. Do people just love to wallow in misery? Find something to do that makes you happy folks.
Some of you spout negativity with every post. If I was like that I think I’d avoid coming here. If you’re so convinced we will suck, go find something else to do.

It’s okay to be excited about the additions. Some will work out, some will not. That the way it goes.

Not a bad idea. Some teams may be willing to overpay for the first pick in round 2

Some of y’all are some miserable people. Find a hobby.

He seems like the type of guy that many teams will regret passing on.

The Panthers aren’t winning this year though. For one damn season they need to accept that and quit sacrificing future cap
one year deals absolutely effect future cap. For one, you roll over what you don’t use. Two, a lot of these one year deals now include void years (dead money). DJ Chark’s dumb contract counts for 3.1 million in dead money this year
I'm glad the decision-makers don't share your thought process. Tampa was supposed to suck last year, too. I guess they should have just accepted that projection.

It would make no sense for the Panthers to be signing some of these guys to 1-year contracts this year
Nothing wrong with trying to win. The defense - and offense - do not look as inept as they originally did. One-year contracts are perfect for teams not wanting to cripple future cap situations.

If DJ can get open, which he seems to do well, he is exactly what we need and will get a ton of balls.

panthers cant afford him. He was on a 3 year $60 million contract with LA. Carolina isn't giving him more than half that
He isn’t getting anything close to what he was getting.

He's got a defender within a fingers graps of his face and he's rolling out to the right towards the sideline. If he throws the ball anymore inside he'd be throwing across his body while on the run with a defender in his face. Where exactly is he supposed to put that ball aside from the perfect spot he threw it to on the sideline? If Mingo didn't overrun/adjust his body in a weird angle that should be an easy pitch and catch
Yep. Diontae Johnson catches that ball 9/10 times.

Panthers Select Jonathan Brooks RB - 46th Pick, Round 2
in Carolina Panthers

Might want to hold off on that until Brooks is ready.
Also, I want to see how Sanders runs with better blocking this year.
