Correct. I think the poster meant he is a fellow Latino. That is a cool aspect of this hire. Coach Canales seems to take that to heart and cherish his role as someone who can be a role model in that regard. 

He very much impressed considering what the Bucs had to work with.

Listen to Bucs media and players and you’ll feel pretty good about the hire. Canales has some elite traits in communication, motivation, and attention to detail according to them. 

He has done good things with QBs. Let’s go!

Really disappointed the Panthers never tried to go after Harbaugh either of the last 2 years. 

There is a long list of hires who were not popular at the time that turned out to be the right hires. I don’t care about winning the PC. Let’s win on the field.

Exactly. He gave Rhule too much breathing room. He has to find the right balance, but most importantly the right coach. 

He was supposed to be able to overcome that, along with WRs who couldn’t get open, and a scheme that sucked.
