The Jaguars signing free agent RB DeMarco Murray is currently “not likely.” This could change if Murray agrees to take less than he wants, or if the Jaguars agree to pay more than they’re willing to pay.

Falcons Hosting DE Adrian Clayborn For A Visit Clayborn, 26, is a former first-round pick of the Buccaneers, but he hasn’t developed into the kind of pass-rusher they were hoping he’d be. Last year, the Bucs did not pick up his fifth-year option, which is why he’s in position to test the open market next week. In 2014, Clayborn was limited to appearing in just one game due to a torn biceps he sustained in earlier September.

NFL Notes: Browns, Dolphins, Patriots, Rams, Saints, & Seahawks--- Browns Browns were interested in trading for QB Sam Bradford before the Rams sent him to the Eagles for Nick Foles and draft picks. Dolphins Dolphins are hosting free agent CB Brice McCain for a visit on Wednesday. Patriots Patriots CB Brandon Browner is expendable now that CB Darrelle Revis has signed elsewhere, as New England will no longer play the same style next year. Rams Patriots free agent OLB Akeem Ayers is a name to keep an eye on for the Rams. Saints Saints GM Mickey Loomis said they will replace TE Jimmy Graham‘s production with Ben Watson, Josh Hill and “obviously” look for another guy. Loomis also said that they didn’t ask QB Drew Brees to restructure his contract because they thought it “wasn’t necessary for us,” even though he carries a $26.4 million cap figure in 2015. (Tom Pelissero) Seahawks free-agent G Shelley Smith is scheduled to visit with the Seahawks on Wednesday.

Buccaneers Bringing In DT Henry Melton For A Visit This is not a surprise of course, as Bucs Head Coach Lovie Stmith is intimately familiar with Melton from their time in Chicago. The Cowboys declined to pick up Melton’s three-year option last month, which came as no surprise, as it would have guaranteed him $9 million for the 2015 season. Last year, he was working his way back from a serious knee injury, which was likely the reason for his limited production in 2014. Melton, 28, appeared in all 16 games for the Cowboys this season and recorded 15 tackles, five sacks and two fumble recoveries. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 15 defensive tackle in the league out of 81 qualifying players.

#Titans Hosting OLB Brian Orakpo Titans, Redskins, and Cardinals are still in the mix for OLB Brian Orakpo. Orakpo, 28, played out the 2014 season under the team’s franchise tag and is once again in line to be an unrestricted free agent. Last year, he made a salary of $11.455 million. In 2014, Orakpo recorded 24 tackles, a half sack and a pass defense over the course of seven games.
