Cardinals Expected To Sign OLB LaMarr Woodley Cardinals are expected to sign veteran OLB LaMarr Woodley. Woodley is another former Steeler to follow Bruce Arians in Arizona. The Cardinals obviously needed some help at outside linebacker, and this will allow him to go back to playing standing up as opposed to with his hand in the dirt. Woodley, 30, was released last week Woodley in a move that freed up $5,187,500 in available cap space for the Raiders. In 2014, Woodley recorded just five tackles over the course of six games. He year was cut short after he sustained a season-ending biceps injury.

Packers Re-SignOT Bryan Bulaga Packers will, in fact, be re-signing OT Bryan Bulaga. Bulaga’s preference is to stay in Green Bay, but he would have to take less to do so. Bulaga reportedly had interest from the Bills, Jaguars, Buccaneers, and Redskins. Bulaga, 25, was one of the most sought after offensive tackles in this year’s free agent market. However, the Packers made him a priority and it appears as though he was hoping to remain in Green Bay, even though better deals probably existed elsewhere. Pro Football Focus has Bulaga rated as the No. 16 offensive tackle out of 84 qualifying players this year.

49ers Have “Cursory Interest” in DE Greg Hardy, Though No Front-Runner Has Emerged The 49ers have expressed “cursory interest” in free agent DE Greg Hardy, but it’s likely that Hardy’s recruitment may “drag on“. Part of the reason for the protracted process will be due to teams desire to gauge the public’s response towards Hardy, considering his recent legal troubles. There is plenty of interest in Hardy, but that no front-runner for his services has emerged.

Chiefs Sign S Tyvon Branch To A One-Year Deal Chiefs are signing S Tyvon Branch to a one-year contract. The Raiders released Branch in a move that freed up $2.986 million in available cap space. There was talk for a few months that Oakland could move on from Branch, so his release wasn’t all that shocking. Many have suggested that the Ravens could make sense for Branch given that signing him wouldn’t impact their compensatory picks and they could really use safety help. Branch, 28, had another three years remaining on his contract, but also had the highest cap figure on the team. Last year, Branch appeared in three games and recorded 29 tackles, one sack and a pass defense for the Raiders’ defense.

Mike Wallace Discusses His Situation With The Dolphins Josina Anderson of ESPN spoke to Dolphins WR Mike Wallace about his current situation with the Dolphins. On if he is happy with playing for the Miami Dolphins: “Yeah I am happy. It is a nice place to play football, so yes I am happy.” On if coming to Miami has been what he has expected? “Yes for the most part.” On whether Wallace is open to a pay cut or restructuring his deal if asked: “Like I said I am willing to help out the team, but at the same time I’m not about to do nothing crazy either. I’ll definitely help the team out, but it has to be reasonable—what I feel is reasonable.” On what he feels is reasonable: “I don’t know. I have to see what exactly what my agent and the team is talking about and whatever I feel is reasonable. It’s not set like this is what it is. If we come to an agreement, I’m with it. Like I said, I’m not about to do something too crazy. I still have a family that comes first.” On if he’s communicated a pay cut limit: “Not really because whatever the deal is going to be, it’s going to be to where I get my money back. It’s not going to be like I just take a cut and that’s what it is. No, it’s not going to be like that. If it is a restructure, (there’s) going to have to be ways I can earn my money back.”

NFL Notes: Randall Cobb, Bills, Eagles, Falcons, Jets, & Saints Randall Cobb Contract details for Randall Cobb‘s new four-year, $40 million contract with the Packers. Cobb receives a $13 million signing bonus and $3.5 million roster bonus in March of 2016. Cobb’s salary cap figures are: $5.35M (2015), $9.15M (2016), $12.75M (2017),and $12.75M (2018). The agreement includes $500,000 annually in active per game roster bonuses, which breaks down to $31,250 per game. Bills Bills are hoping to sign former Vikings FB Jerome Felton. Eagles Frank Gore‘s decision to back out on a deal with the Eagles definitely caught people off guard in Philly. Eagles were one of three teams willing to pay more than $9.5 million per year for S Devin McCourty. Falcons the asking price for free agent S Ron Parker is pretty steep right now, which could lead to Atlanta re-signing S Dwight Lowery. Jets WR Brandon Marshall has passed his physical with the Jets making the trade with the Bears official as of 4 PM EST. Saints Joel Corry points out that by declining RB Mark Ingram‘s fifth-year option, the Saints actually saved over $500,000 in salary for the 2015 season, even after they re-signed him.

Gachkar, 26, is a former seventh-round pick of the Chargers back in 2011. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 28 inside linebacker out of 60 qualifying players.

Seahawks Sign CB Cary Williams To A Three-Year, $18M Deal Eagles CB Cary Williams will be signing with the Seahawks. Williams receives a three-year contract worth $18 million that includes base salaries of $7 million (2015), $5 million (2016) and $6 million (2017). Williams reportedly had contract offers from the Ravens, Jets, and Titans, but it appeared as though he could be headed to Seattle barring a large offer from one of the other teams. Earlier in the day, the Seahawks signed veteran CB Will Blackmon, so they are clearly looking to bolster their depth heading into offseason workouts. Williams, 30, appeared in all 16 games for the Eagles and recorded 60 tackles, two interceptions and 10 pass defenses last year. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 49 cornerback in the league out of 108 qualifying players.
