These last two off seasons have been rough, this off season, this is the least I’ve checked in on this board in an offseason.

I took note that this guy was maybe all about some kind of agenda to be distorting the reality to make a story more appealing. 

I apologize for my wording of worked up, I couldn’t think of a better way to phrase that sentence in regards to his post. I’m not very smart.

Albright will always slant things to make him self look right.

The problems begin with Young. The Charlotte restaurateur who clowned Tepper is right. It certainly seems like Tepper was behind the decision to trade up to no. 1 in 2023, then use that pick on Young to be the franchise’s savior. By all measures, Young so far has fallen well short of the mark. Seventy-two different quarterbacks have had 200-plus dropbacks in their rookie seasons since the 2000 season; Young’s 2023 campaign ranks dead last among them in EPA per dropback in obvious passing situations (second, third, and fourth downs of 7-plus yards). Tepper’s hiring and firing decisions and drink-tossing are embarrassing, but missing on Young will set the team back if the QB doesn’t flip the script in 2024. Per FanDuel’s win total projections, the Panthers are tied for the lowest implied market probability to clear 5.5 wins of any team in the league. Stop laughing! It’s not funny!

Speculation on Twitter is that since Sanders chose 85 instead of 0 like he said, they are saving it for Gilmore. Does anyone know if Gilmore ever wore 0?

Who were his top two? I’m No draft expert (not even close) but he was my second behind the Mich LB. 

This LB class is pretty weak, Mich LB and Kentucky LB, to me, were the best pure LBs in the class. As much as I like Gray and Wilson, they just weren’t close to those two. Wilson was getting tackles 10 yards down the field and get get off blocks. I’m sure I’m missing other pure LBs but Wallace is tough. 

This kid is good. We got a Dan Morgan “Dog” here. 

Has anyone said what we have up to move back up?
