Tweak your back? About a month ago, I was taking the bar off the rack to do squats and when I stepped back I think I let my weight shift a little too much to one leg and it hurt my back a bit... I've been much more careful with that since...

Damn it all... Deadlifts yesterday... 5th set, 405. Was on the 4th rep and felt something pull in my back. Strained an intercostal muscle about mid back on the right hand side... I hate this poo. Done it before doing shoulder shrugs... Argh. Hurts to breathe.

I have never tried this... I just read the descriptions on bodybuilding.com... interesting. Can you take it with caffeine as well? I mean... I know you don't like stims... but I need one after sitting in an office chair for 8 hours.

I don't generally time my rest periods, maybe I should... When I did the crunch/pushup superset yesterday I was probably waiting 60-90 sec between sets for all 8. I'm DL'ing today... I probably wait 3-5 minutes between sets there depending on how heavy I go. I'll try and keep track today.

I did 4 sets of 25 crunches and push ups at the end of chest day today. No way I could've got 46 at the end... I doubt very seriously that I could get anywhere near 100 consecutive at anytime... Interested to hear how many you get.

Chalk is frowned upon at our gym, but they don't really say anything. I only use it for deadlifting, and try to be considerate with it.

I feel the same about running... I just do not enjoy it and it is so hard on my knees. Cardio in general is just so boring... I'm trying to switch it up... do the bike one day, stair climber one day, elliptical the next, etc... still boring.
