This isn’t going to be a one offseason fix, we’re at least 2-3 years from fielding a legit playoff contender. We don’t have to fix everything this year, take your time and do it right.

Probably doing this to get the bad teams off his scent so he can go to a better team.

I don’t get Reich. He’s smart enough to see a blocking scheme isn’t working so why continue to ask your line to do something they can’t do knowing it’s costing you games.

So this is a positive for Tepper in that he didn’t break the bank for a guy who really doesn’t want to be a leader and would’ve made our situation even worse.

When was the last time we had an above average WR room? When was the last time we had a WR make a pro bowl? This team has constantly struggled to find competent playmakers and it’s beyond ridiculous.

Once again Lamar shows us that he’s really good during the season but when the playoffs roll around he kind of disappears. 

We heard a lot of very positive things about Rhule and Reich as well. I want results.

I don’t think Bryce needs someone to “push” him, he seems like a pretty competitive person. I also don’t think it makes sense to invest even more money and resources in another QB at this point. Give Bryce what he needs to succeed , give him quality coaching, quality play-calling and see what happens

Looking at what the Bucs did against us I’m not real impressed. Hoping for the best but always prepared for the worst.

Give Bryce what he needs to succeed. If he doesn’t improve greatly than that means we need someone else

By Tepper refusing to even talk to Harbaugh it shows he’s still not willing to step back and let people do their jobs.

Love Dan the player/person but I can’t get behind this hire100% because I don’t know how involved he was in building the horrible roster we have. And also Tepper has destroyed everything he has touched so far.
