    Stomach issues 😣

Haven't changed on that front. Still don't want Tepper doing anything at all without hiring a consultant.

Firing Campen wouldn't require Tepper though. That'd be Reich's call.

It would also be unfair, but... 😕

Campen is seen around the League as one of the best line coaches around. Nobody on that staff believes it’s Campens’ fault the guys are failing at their jobs. It’s a scheme issue and Reich should’ve realized it wasn’t going to work a long time ago.

I mean, it might not be the best matchup to highlight your point.  I mean this would be the  type matchup our D should be able to handle not having him if you had to pick a game.

    Bears are a top 5 rushing O

We are one of the top 5 worst defenses against the run.

gameplan on a short week for Chicago should be simple.  Run, run, run.

    Foreman will get 150

  3. Why am I hopeful? Because there is a long history of rookie QB’s who go high in the draft of struggling in their first year. Everyone with their selective memories has forgotten about guys like Tua, Lawrence, Burrow, Allen and going back further Manning and Aikman.

I worry more about depending on Fitterer to do his job and get some freaking talent on the offensive side of the ball.

  4. This could be one of the worst TNF games in Thursday football history. Both teams are bottom-feeders, I just don’t know who is worse.

We could barely score against a porous Colts D and I expect the same on Thursday. Defense will keep us in the game until we aren’t in the game anymore.

    Bears- 20

    Catz-   14

  5. Would we have the 2022 o-line or the 2023 o-line?

Would we have all of our starters on defense or would half of them be on IR?

Dont really give a crap about maybes and mights. We’re 1-7 with a terrible team, a GM probably on the hot seat and an owner who thinks his wife should be involved in personnel decisions.

All I know is we ain’t winning a SB any time soon.

  6. They said the same thing about Joe Burrow( and a lot of HOFers) and now look at him…

I’m giving him a full season and then I’m hoping either Fitterer improves at his job or we hire someone who can put the personnel around Bryce that he needs. THEN I will decide whether he’s a bust or not

  7. Wait a sec… is this THE same Joe Burrow who sucked as a rookie but now is considered among the best? If I use the logic that so many others do Joey B should be flipping burgers or making Iced lattes.

  8. Sorry but you don’t go from being a very good lineman in 2022 to a horrible one in 2023 without there being a simple reason and it’s the blocking scheme we are running. Ickey is a straight ahead bulldozer, just like Bozeman who has also been struggling. I can’t believe someone on this billion dollar staff hasn’t realized this already.

It had to be one of the 15 or so plays where he was able to get up after being buried in the turf by a defensive lineman.

Probably be out the rest of the year because he’s so small and fragile… LOL
