All but three of the regular season games will be on ESPN+ if you're out of state. The three that aren't are Nov 15, Dec 6, and Jan 24; those are all on TNT, so you'd need either a cable, satellite, or streaming live TV service like YouTube TV etc if you want to watch those legally. Also remember playoff games after the first round are all ESPN/TNT, so ESPN+ wouldn't cut it for those.
