Speaking of Brandon Beane, he left the Panthers for the Bills in 2017. The following showcases the ineptitude of the Panthers and the huge blunder they made in not canning Nippleshorts for Beane.

    Record by Season - Panthers:

    2017: 11-5

    2018: 7-9

    2019: 5-11

    2020: 5-11

    2021: 5-12

    2022: 7-10

    2023: 2-15

    Overall: 42-73

    Record by Season - Bills:

    2017: 9-7

    2018: 6-10

    2019: 10-6

    2020: 13-3

    2021: 11-6

    2022: 13-3

    2023: 11-6

    Overall: 73-41

    What a disaster!

If we had canned nippleshorts two months earlier, beane probably never leaves.

You could give me Teddy B, DeShaun Foster, Biakabatuka, Teddy Ginn, Rocket Ismail, Keary Colbert, Kris Mangum & Gary Barnidge at skill positions with Byron Bell at LT... that would be more enjoyable, hopeful & competitive than this team.

I could field a better offensive roster from players not in the NFL right now. I don't understand how a team can get a roster so terribly wrong.

I agree, you can throw Legadu Nanee and Silatolu out there too and they co.  I remember how much poo Legadu got in 2011, oh to have such simple problems as a wr2.   Zavala made Silatolu look like Larry Allen

This season was the worst because the games were literally painful to watch. I care less about wins and losses than being entertained. I wasn't entertained once.

I never thought I'd see a panthers offense that made teddy b look like a gun slinger but here we are

What with this Justin Fields retrospect? Like he hasn’t been good. His team was the worst in the NFL last year and it’s not good this year.

Even though he hasn't been good, you could argue that we would be in a much better situation for the sole reason that we wouldn't have had to trade significant assets to move up to get a worse qb.  As sad as that is.  We could get a guy this draft and start anew

So all talents are equal across the NFL? If this was the case there'd be no difference between having a guy like Mahomes and having a guy like Bryce. Having an OT like Trent Williams or having Byron Bell. Having a RB like CMC or having Chuba. Having a WR like Tyreek Hill and having TMJ. Good players elevate the play of their teammates, period. That's how team sports work.

Lol who said talents were equal across the nfl?   I said a no 1 elevates others which seems to be what you're saying

Hindsight being 20/20 and all that if we keep CMC, include Burns instead of Moore in the trade to Chicago for #1, then draft Stroud at #1 everything is so much different.

The harsh truth is that a no1 should elevate others play.  The texans have looked like ass again the last few weeks with stroud out.  Without him, they are a 4 win team.
